I took my car on the recommendation of another person to change a belt body (converter) this mechanic ordered me to look for the part, since there it seemed something strange to me, Auto Zone according to the command the wrong part, not finding it he rebuilt it, then After a week, when I loaded the machine and tested the car, it was the same with the same code, the same error. When I complained, he told me I'm not going to charge you anything, that I had treated him badly in front of people, the man was resentful.
Guy is incredible, my family has been coming here for over a decade!!! And super fast service.
Guy the mechanic is straight to the point. He doesn't take advantage of customers and the repairs the problems at hand. If he sees other repairs that are needed, he will speak to customers and explain the problems or problem found before going forward. He doesn't try to piece together parts or modify them. New parts are ordered. We don't find to many honest and concerned mechanics today. But Wayne's service is the BEST. Highly recommend this station.
Guy was an amazing, kind and honest mechanic who didn't try to oversell or do unnecessary repairs. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and cared more about doing right for the customer than making money off the deal.
