I wanted to go here because I never had it before we just came from my sons track meet had a 45 min drive I ordered a burger and fries for my son and chili cheese dog and fried pickles I get home open what I thought was a chili cheese dog and it’s TATER TOTS I spent $30 dollars on that food what a rip off!!!! I don’t even like tater tot’s threw it in the trash
This is the second time I’ve visited a Wayback burger. The food is pretty good but the milkshakes are delicious. The staff were actually happy, pleasant to talk to, and patient. To me stuff like this matters especially when you’ve had a hard busy day and you just want something to eat. If you are reading this and you want some good food without someone having an attitude when you are just trying to order. Don’t hesitate to stop in, the staff are very welcoming.
I’ve eaten here a few time in the last 2 years or so and the food has been just okay. We decided to do takeout tonight, hot dog, chicken sandwich some chicken tenders and a milkshake. Every item was absolutely terrible, and I’m not just saying that for dramatic effect. The chicken tenders where mushy and all stuck together, the chicken sandwich same mushy but chewy, hotdog was cold and the toppings a mess and the milkshake had a chemical taste to it. We took a few bites of each and threw the rest out. Can’t say we will be back here again.
The food was good. Over all experience was slightly less than great. The staff wasn't up to a comfortable level with hygiene. The atmosphere was ok. Very bland.
The service in my experience has been fine. Nothing spectacular but nothing that would prevent me from going in. Realistically the food is just okay. The burgers must not be getting any salty love. No combos so you’re paying for the whole fries and drink and at the price point it’s not worth it. I’d only come here for the milkshakes and even then..
Great burger spot and definitely personable even though it's a chain. Chicken sammies, shakes, and fries are all great.
Update: I had a chicken sandwich today with really rubbery chicken. I don't know why it was like that, but I took a star off.
I really like the burgers and shakes option here. The service and food prep have varied few times. It still is pretty good though with all the customizing you can do. The only place that does garden burger pretty well as well as shakes.
This was our second time getting food and second time getting it almost raw felt like I was eating salty rubber and kitchen looked unhiygenic
