Used the Tesla charger had to run into the bathroom. I have used this one before and the bathrooms are always garbage. This time I had to take pics. It’s a disgrace and for as much business Wawa should r have a reputation for gross bathroom and they do. They are always filthy.
I have tried Wawa a few times. I just don't really like anything about it. The people are nice enough but I don't like the format. And a Panini is supposed to be pressed. Disappointing panini.
Hoagie classic roll was supposed to be toasted not petrified. It's so hard I can't even bite through it. Had to throw it out. Very disappointed the first time ever, I've had a problem with a sandwich at Wawa. Never getting it toasted again. Contacting the manager to let him know. Pic shows just how hard this butter knife is standing up in the hard as .. bread. Luckily I had a sausage roll at home I could transfer the filling onto so I could finally enjoy my dinner. I did speak to mgr, so he could be informed for training purposes. He was once again very friendly & helpful since upon my checkout while in store, my app which I rang up my sandwich thru my app was giving issues. Also troubles for the freebies in app. Overall visit was an experience but I believe this was a fluke plus they were extremely busy as always. Sandwich taste great once I got it on soft bread. Lol. I love Wawa and will be back!!
For a gas station Wawa has always had some pretty decent food options.
I had never tried the breakfast food though and I have to say the black bean breakfast quesadilla was on point.
High protein and lower carb, this helped set my morning off with some fuel.

I've never had any serious problems or complaints the only drawback I would say is that sometimes you have to wait a while for food when there's a lot of people and they don't have a lot of workers available behind the counter but overall I've never had any problems with the food or the quality of food that I ordered it's usually fairly in and out of times people are fairly respectful even when you sit outside so it's not bad at all the pizza actually they offer now is pretty good it's better than going to Domino's or something so you really can't beat that at all but overall I've never really had any major problems except waiting for sandwiches because they get fairly busy
I'm homeless with my service animal as of January 2024 I called and asked if I could bring the dog in to get something to eat and they told me it's okay as long as he's not aggressive I brought him in and everyone was so kind and friendly and they said it was okay and that I was welcome to bring him in anytime and I could sit outside and they wouldn't ask me to leave for loitering mainly because I've been coming here for 4 years and I know I'm not a threat so I feel safe and comfortable even though I'm homeless that they allow me to have my service animal come out so I just want to take the time to thank them and their staff for being so kind and cordial to me and my service animal
To whom ever coordinates the quality of the bacon at the deli…..bacon I supposed to be crispy, not soft and limp. I would consider it a personal favor if this deficiency is corrected.
Terrible employer. Threw me to the wolves during my first week by putting me alone in the deli on a Friday despite me specifically saying I didn't know everything yet. After I left crying that night the manager Jen spoke to me the next day. The said something along the lines of "I'm sorry but blah blah blah "needs of the business" which was code for we don't care you're just replaceable scum." I asked for a few weeks to get it down. They promptly did it again maybe a week later and got mad when I walked out like I warned I would. They called me the next day telling me my options were get fired or beg and apologize. I got fired. Corporate needs to come in and fire every worker here and start fresh. They couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag. A real manager goes in and works and helps their newbies even when they don't want to.
I asked employee if he can please lightly toast my cheesesteak sub and he gave me attitude and said I should have chosen that option which I told him that it didn’t give me one just no or yes to have it toasted. He still gave me attitude and my sub was cold including the meat . And waited a very long time which there was no one in line . This is ridiculous moving forward I rather keep driving down to the Wawas in Deland . Way better customer service
