Wawa has the most pleasant associates! I noticed today (probably overlooked them before) that they have two self service terminals. They are not in a great location because they can be blocked from view by long lines.
Today I had the turkey sausage croissant. It is quite tasty. I think people who normally eat only pork might like it because of the seasoning. It has that pork sausage kick to it. Their croissants are the best. Occasionally you will get on that is a little scorched. I would recommend checking it before you leave the parking lot. Other than that, they are great.
So, the cashier that initially helped me was great. He was very helpful! However, the General Manager Chrystie(goes by “Chris”), was very rude & condescending.
When I first swiped my credit card, it apparently didn’t authorize & created an error with the system. At that point, the cashier called for assistance from management to resolve the system error. When Chrystie arrived, she started helping the cashier with the issue. While she was working on the register to fix the issue, the cashier asked me to see if it went through on my end, prompting me to check my card transaction history. Upon the cashiers request, I showed him where the charge was “pending”(of course it wouldn’t show as posted, being it was just charged less than 5 minutes prior), Chrystie then responded very rudely, “it says pending, that doesn’t mean it went through”. I advised her that it wouldn’t show as “posted” this soon being it was just charged. Chrystie then respinded very sarcastically, “well if it didn’t go through, you aren’t gonna come back and pay, now are ya”. At that point, she was done fixing the register & walked off. I then attempted to charge my card again, in which this time it authorized. I didn’t end up getting charged twice, which is great. However, Chrystie was rude, condescending, & unprofessional. I am a businessman myself(which I showed her my business card & told her we shared the same job title), and can assure you that, Chrystie does not meet the criteria to be in that position when it coming to providing a good customer experience.
I came in at work, working EMS, and ordered my food. I got a call while I was waiting for my food. I let the employees know and they held my order until I could come back and made it hot and fresh like over an hour later. There’s no words to describe how thankful I was for a hot/fresh meal when it was so cold out!
Gas Buyers Beware! Twice now I've caught this Wawa charging a higher rate for fuel at the pump than they had advertised on the street sign! This last time I went in to bring it to their attention, which they refunded me the difference, but said 'eh' when I asked if they were going to make the correction....
l ordered the new brisket sandwich which was $5.50 not enough brisket on a small bun .It's not worth the $5.50 plus the wait with 2 ladies working during the rush hours. I'll be going elsewhere gladly l had a gift card.

I got a chicken quesadilla and it was delicious.
Not a single windshield washer station that I checked had fluid in it, and they didn't have any wiper fluid for sale on the shelves inside.
I went to the usual Wawa that I go to in the mornings and order the same scrambled eggs and bacon. This is my usual menu. But this morning happened to be the worst of the worst. I get to work and in my surprise when I open the bag, I had less than a portion of what is usually pay for and what the picture depicts. I called the store and ask to speak to the manager. The person who answered said he was the manager and that he was most likely the person who made me the scrabbles eggs and bacon. He said that was the correct portion. So I explained that this is not what I paid for, but he insisted. He started talking over me trying to explained that I was wrong. I told him that I will not go to his store anymore. He kept trying to talk over me with excuses that that is the correct portion and that he is trying to be willing to give me a refund. I don’t have the time to go back and get it corrected. I’m at work. Should had it done right the first time. He continued trying to speak ove me so I hung up. Never again will I waste my money at that Wawa. That manager needs management classes. So here is your review, poor management skills!
