All fueling stations were full. About 3 people were actually in their vehicles. Everyone else was in the store. I left cause all the hoses were taken. And the air hose is always out of service.
2/22/24@2pm, I asked the idiot with the glasses at the front register how to redeem the rewards for the Celsius drink. He looked at my phone, told me to hit the redeem, which i told him i already did. I guess he thought i lied because he reached over and hit it again and when It did nothing he told me, get this, u have to do it online, WHAAAT! This dipstick made absolutely no sense. Then he just went about his business. He was done with me. I went to the the girl at the other register and she had no clue either, but she told she didn't know, that's a better response then u have to do it online. That guy's an idiot, so if u only go there to redeem ur rewards make sure u know how to do it cause, it seems, the employees have no clue
This morning Me & Wife order Turkey Bowl with Mashed & Stuffing and behold. You pay $8.99 for it and when I got home the bowl looked like a bowl. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. The Chicken Cheesesteak was not double meat cheese they skimped when you paying $10. I paid $68 dollars on trash. The Chicken Noodle Soup was just juice. I just can’t believe it.
I gave this place a 2nd chance since they gave me store credit back when they didn’t put any roasted veggies on my roasted veggie sandwich the first time. Surprise, surprise: no veggies on my veggie egg white burrito this time. I only came back because they refunded me with a store credit. I’d much rather have refunds back to my card at this point. Won’t ever return. It’s like whoever puts the food together reads the specified ingredients list but not what’s actually been ordered. I’ll stick to Subway next time.
whoever makes the milkshakes/frozen beverages, PLEASE STOP!!!!!!!! they are always bland and white, no matter what flavor I get!!!!! the ingredients are printed on the receipt that is taped to the cup yet they are always bland and nasty!!!! I just always go to McDonalds to get a caramel frappe!
I come here often and over the past few weeks the customer service has tanked especially with the overnight staff .. they barley acknowledge you or speak at all when you say hello or good morning… I definitely understand it’s not easy to work overnight but you are still at work and supposed to greet and assist your customers ????????♀️
Worst Wawa I have ever been to. Seemed as if every coffee pot was empty. Workers were extremely rude. I've been to Wawa's all throughout Maryland and Virginia. Seems to me if they are located in a predominantly black area, the experience will be negative. I am a black man myself and I can only speak the facts.
So gas prices are ok. I have ordered food b4 and it was great then. But last night I wasn't mad when the young man asked to get my order cause it disappeared inside. But that baby did more walking for my order. They forgot my water and drink. He got it and came back. But part of my order was someone else's. But that wasn't what took the cake. After all that I was still short an order of mac and cheese. But when I gave my kids their pasta dishes there was no broccoli. And the amount of pepper that was on the food. I ended up having to get my kids McDonald's. I walked in and saw how busy they were so I wasn't mad till I got home and saw that. Guess I'll only get subs and I have to be inside to watch and I'll get gas.
