My wife and I Love Wawa, but they are unfortunately so lazy when it comes to making milkshakes there... Every other time there they say they're not able to make one or they're out of the supplies needed to make one. Then when they do offer them you have to jump through hoops and put notes on the screen to special order one. Doesn't seem like it should be this difficult to make a Chocolate Milkshake.
This gas station is clean and has a good selection of merchandise. The employees are friendly. They have a food station. You order at a computer and get your ticket then you pay at the check out register and go back to the station and wait for your order to be called out. Simple as that!
Why are the bathrooms still the same for over a week??? The filth on the floor and toilets. Are the employees too good to scrub and clean??? Disgusting!!!
Our car required to be fueled up and so we took a halt at Wawa, Vero Beach. Fueled up the car, now time to fuel up ourselves.
The weather in Florida is pretty warm and we wanted to have a quick bite and juices. The location is so good and this place has some nice views too.
Outdoor seating is amazing, we bought pre-cut fruits and a couple of juices, it was a quick check out. The place is all tidy up and organized.
Stay as far away as possible from this Wawa one the mangers don't know how to do there ordering correctly how are you out of hazelnut coffee creamer and there cooking station don't even know how to make the turkey bowels correct they leave stuff out like the yams
Never thought I'd change my five-star review of Wawa. Today I went in with my daughter to order some custom beverages. The computer was making weird suggestions. I went over and asked the associate at the food prep counter if they were having computer issues and I explained what it was doing. For instance it wouldn't let me order the drink unless I hit the no straw button. I asked the gentleman if they had straws and he said yes. As I was having a conversation with the employee and he was really friendly My daughter was standing over by the computer waiting for me to come back, and a woman named Amanda was saying a bunch of snide comments about me asking questions. My daughter overheard her saying we're out of that stuff in a really snarky way. A simple hey sorry about the inconvenience We can't make everything because we're out of these items. I stopped in to get my kids these drinks because my dad just died and we are having a bad day. The last thing we need is, come to find out, the manager being nasty for no reason whatsoever. The customer service has gone down in this location.
IDK who’s portioning out their food but it is the smallest amount I have ever seen at a Wawa. It barley filled the bottom of the bowl and took 13 bites exactly to finish. How do I pay $7-8 for a bowl and this is what I get. Go to another Wawa
Not only is the Customer service trash but wow the carelessness is unbelievable!!! Thank god I didn’t bite into It I wouldn’t broken a tooth. Or choked.
