This is my favourite Wawa store! I come here pretty often and always appreciate the service. The people here actually seem like they care. I’ve only had an issue a few times with my food, but it’s always been resolved quickly and with incredible satisfaction. The people here more than anything make the experience a pleasure. The manager, Mahmut, is super cool! Incredibly friendly, polite, and overall a good guy. His staff was really personable with my friends and I. Made the experience even better. Thank you for your service!
This location is very clean and the staff are really friendly, makes your day the food was fresh and not sloppy
Paid for 3 snack wraps. Instead got... whatever this was supposed to be. Very disappointed. Usually go to the one on Dale Mabry but this location was in the way home.
Went in to get gas. Gave the girl a $50 bill. Went back in to get the change because it would only fill $44.65. when I went back inside they couldn't figure out anything and then started getting rude when I asked why I couldn't get a receipt. So they stole five or $6 off of me. And I hope they never get a raise.
I'm not sure what type of drugs you guys are on over there in the morning but I ordered scrambled eggs and sausage and got a biscuit with chicken strips jalapenos and cheese and onions lol. Do better because that's crazy.
Mahmut, Duka, Sabrina, Meka amazing vibe. These folks not only professional but this WAWA always homey and safe for what a gas station can be... especially at night.
They manage to get my order wrong every time. They put no veggies on my veggie sandwich, only cheese and sauce. I cannot make this up
The guy with the beard was inaccurate with my order and blamed it on, “the system”. Sorry, honey; it’s impossible for your screen to show something different than what’s on the ticket. Just apologize for my having to come all the way back in to the store for remediation and assign yourself the task of doing better next time. Accountability is paramount.
