I don’t know about anyone else but I honestly feel Wawa has better sandwiches then Subways. I’d rather come here to grab some food then pay over $30 at Subways. Plus the small or medium sized Mac and Cheese is huge. Just punch it up on the menu screen, get your ticket, and a few mins later your food is ready to roll. I hope they start building more Wawas around here because 7-11 and Circle K is garbage. Just wish the place was a little cleaner inside. The workers are pretty friendly so it makes up for a lot.
Kylar made my smoothie and I want to say he is truly the MVP. His customer service is phenomenal he truly is a people person and a great part of their team if you ask me he deserves a raise
I went to Wawa on Ridgewood in Daytona back when it first opened and ordered a quesadilla. It had a long strand of hair in it. I returned it and haven’t eaten at Wawa since. Well today after all of those years I decided to try them again thinking I can’t let that one bad experience keep me away forever so I ordered a quesadilla from the wawa on mason as I’m home eating it I find hair in my quesadilla is it your policy to make sure you have hair in your quesadilla??!! You all need better hair wraps or something this is disgusting
absolutely ridiculous that the employees behind the food counter CAN NEVER read receipts. i am CONSTANTLY missing stuff from my order and it’s very clearly on the taped receipt that i get on the bag. if i can read it so can the employees. this is pure laziness & why this wawa only has a 2 star rating
Sadly this is not at all like the Wawa's up in Pa.. it is totally overcome with homeless and drug addicts from the wee hours of the morning until the over night as well... You can never catch a break when going there and as for the outside seating.. I once sat down only to be accosted by panhandle after panhandler.. Where once, I ws excited that they were coming to town, I now avoid the place if at all possible.
That goes for the Ridgewood and ISB
Location as well.. Both are overrun with lowlife people.. I would never ever bring a child to these Wawa's as I would fear for their safety.
This is indeed a Sad testament to a once promising enterprise.
I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve consistently had poor customer service from Kim. She has a terrible attitude and terrible customer service. She acts as if she doesn’t want to assist customers or do the bare minimum. After I had a sandwich made, I politely asked for a bag and she then threw a plastic bag down by my sand which and said “all we have are these” this is just one of the many poor customer service experiences I’ve had with her.
This is the only gas station that I've seen thus far that offers gloves on the side of the gas pump. They are at every Wawa station. They also are one of the only gas stations that have their pastries individually packed, and they have multiple ways of delivery and takeout for their sandwiches and other Foods.
They have gone up way too high on their prices. A small cup of yogurt (shown in picture) is not worth $4. With prices like that, I rather go hungry
