This is how all 3 of our meals looked last night after we arrived home, last time I went they looked no different. I live about 15 or more minutes away from the store so super inconvenient of me to drive all the way back to ask the manager to remake my sandwich the proper way. The older white woman in the deli needs to be fired. It isn't that hard to make a sandwich? Besides the manager remaking the sandwich she was also pretty rude.

They NEVER have cups or lids..

The drink machine is always broke.

Parking lot filthy & an abundance of homeless people begging for money or just approach you @ the pump.

Very new Wawa and nice place I go to Wawa all the time clean and nice working people with good Faith. Prices always fair and good drink available and food wise. All my need from there like mini Walmart for me. One thing they to work on the gas ⛽ price need to go down ???? and will be the best business for me.

**The bathroom is disgusting to the point

This is one of the worst wawa stations in florida, fountain drinks station never has cups, I was receiving my shake in a coffee cup because doesn't have the right cup, hygiene is something understimated here, THE SCENARIO OUTSIDE IS PLENTY OF HOMELESS AND SMELL LIKE WEED EVERYWHERE. If you wanna avoid kind of situation here don't make an stop just look at your gps and go to the next one.

I pumped $69.27 in gas. The pump dinged my credit card for $125.00. The store clerk said this is normal and the difference will be refunded later in the day. This is not cool. What if this was a debit card and I didn't have $125 in my account? Or I needed that balance of money today because I live paycheck to paycheck? There is nowhere on the pump that shows that they are going to deduct $125 from my account. This will definitely make me get my receipts at the pump and not trust it. And now I have to go back later today or tomorrow and ensure that the proper amount was debited from my card. This practice should not be allowed. Period. There needs to be a better way.

It's filthy. The restrooms, the main area of the store, everything. No toilet paper, no washer fluid in the tubs by the pumps, no paper towels by the pumps. I've come to expect Wawa to be a step above until i came into this one. I'm a driver and I'm all over Duval county. This one is leagues below all the others I've been to.

I’ve been coming to this Wawa since the Grand Opening, that’s been a couple years.

There are always homeless people.,at least 4 out front every morning, they always bother you for money they are resilient and very aggressive,About a month ago Elyse,I hope I spelled that right,has told me that she was going to clean that up and she has, there’s still a couple but yeah Elyse is amazing, she’sa new manager there,she is so polite and sweet and amazing also Kya, the cashier,she’s the nicest,friendliest most helpful with a huge beautiful smile employee I’ve ever m merry please give them a vacation or raise or some sort of recognition

If it weren’t for these two ladies I would be going to Hardee’s right down the road from there but my allegiance now forever lies with this WAWA!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
