Had a Very Bad Customer experience at Wawa near Richmond Airport in Virginia. I attend Wawa 4 times a week purchasing 2 half gallons of Green Tea. I included a large Milkshake for my 95yr old Mom today. After the cashier rung up the total I asked him how much he charged me for the 2 half gallons of Green Tea and his response was the wrong price according to what I normally pay. He became Very Rude with me in which I requested the manager. I explain to the manager the situation about the Rude cashier quoting me the wrong price and he responded with the cashier didn't know the correct price in support of the cashier. I was not giving either 1 of them a pass for such Rude and Terrible customer service for only asking for the price of 2 half gallons of Green Tea. Will file a complaint with Corporate. Tired of Piss Poor Services and No Accountability in support of Good Customer Services.

This place is disgusting. Trash, water, spills everywhere on the floor. No ice in the Creamer and milk bin for coffee. There was a cigarette put out on the bathroom sink and only 1 water facet worked in the restroom.
2 young ladies one with short blonde hair and the other had long burgundy hair.
As I preceded to the counter to place my order at the machine it has finger prints and it looked unclean.
Because of safety and health reasons
I wiped it with a napkin.
The 2 ladies decided to belittle me while standing behind me while I was Placing my order.
They are loud and wanted me to hear them
It's sad it was if they were upset that I cleaned the machine before using it.
After receiving my food, I decided to speak with the young lady because I wanted to know if This was personal it maybe they singled me out.
She said her name was Holly and did I do something wrong
Several customers were looking and I just said no and walked away.
I have a boot on my foot from my ankle. All the way to my knee.
What a way to start the New Year. I always come to this one. Because I always feel comfortable now i'm not so sure. The food was good but because of the customer service. I decided to give it 2 stars. I wanted to give it 0.
They need to do Better.
I was getting coffee , and while 2 employees were restocking the coffee bar, they were just bluntly outright talking bad about their manager! They didn’t seem to care customers were right next to them
I think we need a district manager from Wawa to come in here and do some management training and some hiring.
I don't order food here anymore because they are consistently the worst in this Eastern Richmond area.
I saw plenty of people working here that could have been a sign the job of cleaning up a little bit, this is 8:30 in the morning and it looks like a bomb hit this place.
Yes, the spill on the floor is not the fault of the workers but you don't just put a cone on this coffee spill and leave it. And the soda area really need some attention there is dried soda on that floor that didn't just happen.
Clean space, friendly and helpful staff. Your average working Janes and Joes going about their buisness getting snacks and gas.
the only reason I give this Wawa's two star is because of the good shoppers that spend money with the sick bigot that own the store, and the manager who accused me of stealing and had the police called on me after i had only bought a small cup of sweet tea. The police searched my bag and found nothing stolen in my belongings. the man didn't even apologize. And then five minutes later the same police came after me again; this time for issue me summons to come to court for a incident i just recently handled myself, but they felt the need to handcuff me to tell me to show up to court. The county of Henrico owe me some serious feta.
I went in at 12am and the lightskin woman was making food with another female the lightskin person rubbing her nose and forehead, then went to the back open a door with the same gloves on didn't change them and proceeded to still touch people food like this is nasty. I will never come back here for food just nasty
