I just wanna say how amazing the guys are on night shift! I truly and wholeheartedly appreciate them. Some dude was harassing me and I asked if I could hide out in the back until he left! Then I was walked to my car! ???????????? they are so great! I'm so greatful for them!
The General Manager Lisa who refused to give her last name was extremely loud and rude all while talking over me. She allowed no space for a resolution as she refuse to let me explain what happened. If items are missing from a delivery order, I see no reason to take a defensive position. She repeatedly called me ma'am while I was trying to speak. She lied about the order several times and her attitude remained hostile until I mentioned I recorded my calls because of situations like this. She hung up after. I can't believe she's an employee so a General Manager is definitely outside the realm of my belief.
Customer service today sucked. I asked the attendants if they had hot chocolate. Because the machine was out. But he acted as though I was asking for his paycheck or asking something complicated of him. All he had to say was no. We are out of it Without him making it seem like I was doing something out of his side of his job.
After my gas purchase decided to make a small store purchase. As I was getting back into my vehicle by pump. There I notice a young man 'kyle' working hard keeping everything together. And still having time to speak and say hello 'Customer Service ' still thur the drilling . Truly appreciate great service
Im normally a pretty easy going guy but the cashier seem to have a problem that i did know coffee had gona back up anyways she didnt have to be nasty thats all
Other then that everything from my visit was great. Parking lot was alittle trashy but thats not. Wawa but customer not understanding it takes us working as a team as a community to keep our neighborhoods clean
I'm always stopping at Wawa to get me a cup of coffee use the restroom and of course get some ice. No matter what time of day it is I go into Wawa I always get great customer. And they've got restrooms and they've got food in their restaurant if you're hungry. They have an ATM and of course they have the world's greatest coffee in my book. Thanks again for always giving me a great experience when I come into your stores. I definitely recommend Wawa whether your local or you're just traveling through town stopping by get you a hot cup of Joe and something good to eat.
The bathrooms were so filthy it was unbelievable. I’m shocked WaWa has a store in this condition. We were t sure if it was safe to get food.
Gas was overpriced and the bathrooms were in need of cleaning and updating
