I would only give five stars to the lady that was at the cash register tonight. The girls working at the deli have an attitude problem for sure. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, and made sure to not select to add the bacon, and yet when I get home and open my sandwich, it has bacon and very little chicken salad to the point where it looked like it was just mayo, the rest of the sandwich was dry!!! No lettuce, no pepper. It didn’t even have cheese! I had to go all the way back to get them to fix it . It’s okay now smh They both handed me the sandwich with an attitude. I don’t care what their issue is, but don’t work a job that you don’t like working it . I work in food service myself, I am running my own food business, and this is absolutely unacceptable service!!! Don’t work with food if you wont be making it right!! Simple!!!

Kreshauna was very rude a distasteful. When I spoke to her she rolled her eyes and i asked if she was having an okay night. She continued to be very rude, blunt, and ignorant throughout the whole transaction. I am a host a Millers ale house just right up the street. I believe that energy transfers an her negative energy was definitely transferred. I do appreciate Kaylee for being so pleasant and accommodating to resolve the issue but the damage was already done. I don’t think Kreshauna likes social interaction so she must applied to wrong job. Definitely a low blow for no good reason unprovoked.

Longest I ever had to wait on a sub at wawa. Would not recommend this wawa. They will do orders in a random order. And didn't make my sandwich correct like I might not go to wawa anymore due to this interaction honestly going to just go to racetrac or 7/11

I had my sandwich made by a young lady named destiny and she was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Wawa in Orlando!!!! She had an attitude and my sandwich was not toasted even though I specifically put into the kiosk that I wanted my sandwich toasted. Destiny, if you don’t like your job find a new one!!!!!

I go for my morning drinks that I have the barista make. Being from Orlando, I have NEVER come across one like Iesha. She knows how to make those drinks just perfect when you order from the kiosk and she is super helpful and friendly. Always happy to see her when I go there and know she is working, because she puts some TLC into what she does. My favorite. Definitely ask for her if you visit the Wawa on John Young and Silver Star Rd and you will not be disappointed!!

We love WaWa! Great place to get lunch to take on a picnic.

It’s a shame how I spend over $50 dollars On my visit and my food has to look like this. On top of the bad service starting with the cashier which didn’t even acknowledge the customers in line because she was too busy talking to her coworker. and the food prep staff and the drink maker were slower than a turtle. It looked like a toxic work place, because no one looked like they wanted to be there at all. Shame on you Wawa

One gas pump open. People tend to park at pumps but where are they??? Wawa has Apple Pay at the pump so that’s convenient. Got some snacks and drinks inside but the cashier was NOT friendly or inviting at all.
