I ordered a salad online. The salad was supposed to be roasted chicken, add bacon for $1.40, add breaded chicken for $1.50, romaine lettuce, croutons, onions, cucumbers, and ranch on the side. I got a salad with just roasted chicken, onions and cucumbers. I was so ready for this salad I didn't notice it was missing so much until I started pouring the little bit of ranch they gave me on my salad and trying to eat it. It's good, I'm just very disappointed and feel cheated out of my money.

All the food I was trying to order was unavailable, the person preparing the food screams and yells about how there is no pizza and doesn't even politely ask for me to come to the counter and offer something else. I also ordered the pork Cuban and after I paid (which at this point its 15 minutes later) she announced that there isn't any pork. I got a refund. But really my issue is her screaming and not even being polite. The cashier was amazing and very helpful! Thank you to the cashier who was polite. 5 stars for the cashier!

I love going there but need to get all my discounts lol. Haven't got one yet or your deals cause they are hacking my phone and accounts. Been trying to get help but nothing. Told everyone even cops to help but nothing . Stole identity need lawyer California shed the light

Wawa has great food, but I feel bad for the workers who try to do their job but have terrible support. I came for a wrap as I usually do. I ordered, paid, and then waited for 10 min just standing at the food counter. No one ever came out to make the food. as I peeked over, the guy at the drink stand was playing in his phone in the back hallway, and the other workers were in the side office behind the food counter, doing nothing. I felt bad for the guy at the register because people were complaining to him about there being no one there. I ended up just getting a refund for my food. Get workers who want to do their job.

you guys are customarily terrible at service and food. But today I ran into, Britt. She is amazing. Even though she forgot my cucumbers when I came back in she was so nice and so accommodating and so apologetic. All locations have issues with order accuracy. But Britt is a SHINING example of how to recover, for the customer. She’s a gem.

I think the woman whose name is Roxanne is not a well-intentioned person, and I also want to include her manager or supervisor .As a tourist, I carry a passport and the ID of my own country. I could hardly tell this ignorant peasant woman for two weeks by coming and going. She is always having problems buying cigarettes, I don't want to think she’s a racist. I also came here, including several countries in Europe, I did not understand that she insisted on not wanting to give cigarettes, but wanted a State ID. She should go back to elementary school again to learn what the passport is for.

I don't know why they selling to me like that's is so terrible I love bagels from this wawa location before but today when I go there to order they give me like that's so ugly server food today

Kitchen chefs are ghetto will ignore when you ask about the order you placed 20mins prior then they'll make it again with random ingredients. Paid 18$ for 2 burrito bowls and I got no lettuce and no veggies that I paid 2$ extra for. People need to be fired. 02/19/24 3pm.
