I understand where the store is located so they are hiring from a pool of losers out of bithlo but don't lie to my face and say the breakfast sandwiches don't usually come out till 530am when there is a sign staring me right in the face that says 5am. I understand that probably the whole store shows up late to work because their dealer didn't make it to their house in time but just be honest and say there's no possible way for these employees to live up to the standards set forth by our employer.
Disgusting. Whens the last time yall cleaned the bathrooms at all? ????
I crave for Wawa's cookies and cream shake, all the time. Big disappointment today at this location. The prep poured a ton of ice on my shake. It was water with milk... And ice. Awful.
Super busy this morning, Saturdays, obviously everyone is out getting drinks and snacks. I waited a few min nothing crazy and Lisa at the beverage spot was super sweet and funny and apologetic for my wait time. Which again, wasn't bad or her fault due to the sheer number of people getting things. What a pro, thanks Lisa!
Very disappointed with my food order. Got a bowl ???? for breakfast with a piece of omelet and vegetables and I added Spinach and provolone cheese .. and there was literally 5 pieces of onions in top of a tiny omelet... absolutely ridiculous.
The bowl was 5 times bigger the what they put in it.
03-13-24 Wawa east colonial and Woodbury 32826, pump 11, lazy employees put paper in so people can get receipts. News flash no one wants to pay at the pump and go inside for receipts.
Clearly there's no supervision or maybe superior is lazy too.
I have a COMPLAINT today. I visited Wawa store 5142 on East Colonial Purchased 10 bucks in gas and a few store items. Gas was put on wrong pump… when I ask for it to transfer I was told ok but gas never transferred. Went in an was told it canceled and wasn’t charged to my card by an emloyee that rang me up. But of course I WAS CHARGED as I checked my account to be sure. Was told by a manager it would be FIVE DAYS or whatever time my bank took. NO GAS! And to make matters worse was told I had to PAY AGAIN.
You already have my money so why do I Have to pay again?? 20 dollars basically for 10 in gas. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TWICE. I Could have easily been given the GAS that I paid for but instead you choose to double charge and refund WHENEVER. Get a better store manager because the one you have is A USELESS THIEF. First time problem with wawa will definitely be the last. You people should be ASHAMED but ok… DONE!
Always frequent this Wawa and I have to say that it is the most popular spot to grab breakfast. Better yet is the team that works there! Sheila, Amanda and Desiree are always hard at work but still have time to smile and accommodate your needs. I highly recommend you visit this location and see for your self why they make this a special Wawa location!
