If you are in the mood for a drink! Go to ANY WAWA but this one! I don’t understand how everyone can collectively make drinks so poorly. As if it’s part of the training to get the job at this Wawa. Every Wawa I’ve been to makes great drinks but this one, Worst. Drinks. Ever.
On Thursday the 4th about 6pm I bought two bags of chips using the self checkout and Apple Pay. The next day I noticed I was charged $12.92. Obviously not correct, so I called the store directly and got the GM Mary Kate who was so pleasant and apologetic about what happened. After having a nice chat and her explaining the possible cause, I returned to the store to get the overcharged funds back and was even given a free meal for the inconvenience. I’ve always loved WAWA and this experience just goes to show the great customer service they have. Also shout out to supervisor Alicia!!
Wawa rocks!
If you make it to this location alive you will notice how your instantly on the set of a mad max movie. This place truly gives an "end of the world" atmosphere. Dirty, never stocked and if it is stocked it has expired milk that's 3 days past due. You have to pay for your fountain drink at the register so the cashier can give you the cup. Local hangout for the homeless and the parking is atrocious. Employees are on their phone more than I am while standing in line. Dirt surrounds the fan area where pastries are kept. You instantly get the impression that this location has zero management. Review updated 8/28 with the expired milk picture. The only sympathy I have is for the very select few employees that deserve a better location to work at...yet again they are the only lifeline this location has to help the dying atmosphere this location has. The one star rating is fir the select few employees who are great. It's always nice to see the long arms of the local city reach out further and further by the day. "Great Location"
I went to get a hoagie from my nearest wawa and already when i entered the store some of the workers were arguing and even calling one another lazy. I then ordered a hoagie and I payed for it, i came back to the counter and asked a employee wether or not that hoagie was mine then he put the sticker saying what type of hoagie and what it has on it and then i go home and realize they gave me the wrong one.
Every single time I go to this location, there is some kind of issue. Either the food takes 20 minutes or they run out of something or they get the order wrong or SOMETHING. It is ALWAYS something. Never have I ever gone into this Wawa and left in less than 15 minutes with everything I wanted. Not one single time. Food takes a minimum of 20 minutes. Drinks take longer. The checkout takes too long.
Don't go to this store if you're in a hurry.
Came here one night around 11 pm, had a taste for their egg rolls. Didn't expect to get them because it was late. But the young lady working was so pleasant. She said she could throw some in for me, and I also ordered a pizza, the Supreme one. It was soooo good, and fresh! I rather give Wawa my money, instead of some of these pizza shops.
Always love Wawa!! Staff at this location is amazing and very helpful!!
This store has gone so far downhill it isn't even funny. Nothing ever in stock. Only bagel sandwiches are available on most mornings. I hear patrons complaining all the time about how there are only bagel sandwiches ready. I'm done with Wawa.
