Most disgusting Wawa I have ever stepped foot in. I understand it’s not in the best area but it was nasty! Lighting was sort of dim and it just felt very dingy. People are gross. Transients and parking lot was filthy! Don’t get me started on the bathrooms. I have pics of those! Gross get it together Wawa this is unacceptable.
this place is the dirtiest, busiest, most infectious colony I've ever been to! The front door is stuck with dirt, the floor is littered with garbage, who knows when the floor was cleaned, the displays of the self-check out cash registers are blurry from the uncleaned new prints stuck to them, the kitchen is dirty and has an unpleasant smell... the bathroom is almost indescribably dirty!!! Well, NOBODY here was interested in keeping it clean??? A health inspection could easily shut down this place if it went that way... but it seems no one cares about this infectious colony! This is a disgrace to the owners!
I came in to return a pack of apple snacks, my boyfriend got the wrong kind. The “wonderful” manager at night accused me of stealing them then trying to return them because I didn’t have a receipt. & also because I returned a salad once before because the meat was rotten. So yeah because of me not having a receipt I guess I stole them. When I told her she could look up my receipt & I could tell her everything I got on the ticket. Won’t come here again ????????
Disgusting location. Female GM was in today wearing all black with a blonde bun. You would think the store would be up to par. I went in to use the ladies bathroom. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Its in fact so disgusting that I would not trust this location to make me ANY thing to eat. GM and manager of location are standing around talking directly in front of the drink station making it a hassle for customers to get what they need. Couldn’t get a picture of the other stall due to it being use. Toilet paper everywhere and bathroom bins are full of pads and tampons. The floor hasn’t been swept and it’s just a very bad look.
Both air pressure for tires are always broken by the insane amount of homeless people that love to hang around here yet Wawa let's them hang out by the front doors so they can say at you I LIKE DEM SHOES MANE, LEMME GET A DOLLA. Very much not kid friendly in the morning or afternoons.
I came in on my lunch. Spend $21. I got in my car to eat I only had 3 chicken straps when I ordered 5 and when I called 2 people answered the first on the first try she hung up in my face and the 2nd person answered on the 9th time AND ALSO HUNG UP... I'll be there to speak to a manager AS SOON AS I GET OFF IN THE MORNING. I took pictures of my receipt and the 3 chicken strip I was given
