Long story short, I was on a road trip starting from Massachusetts heading south somewhere, I chose Twin lakes state park as my destination. When I got into the area to fuel up, I realized that my rear brake was junk. So, as anyone would do, I looked for a repair shop. The next morning, I went to Watts and explained my situation. They took a look at my car, ordered my parts, and fixed me up, I was back on the road the same day. Rodney runs a good shop. Thanks for the help.
All good...friendly and knowledgeable service, got us fixed without too much of a delay due to circumstances of getting a needed part.
The owner tended to my car himself. Explained the problems and was very Courteous. He'll always get my repairs in the future.
Anything wrong with my vehicle's I've always gone to watts and so did my father before me and always got good service and advice
We have "shopped around" at local automative shops and have never been pleased. We recently had to have repairs done on my husbands hunting truck and were very suprised they were able to diagnose the issues and repair in a quickly manner. The truck is now operating better than it ever has before. If the husband is happy, I am happy. We felt their prices were very fair as well.
Great service! I highly recommend this business! Rodney, and his staff have been helping me a lot since I first posted this review. They've helped me correct some problems that another shop created. Rodney isn't a fly by night mechanic, in fact he and the other mechanics there do an excellent job for me. If all of the bad reviews were the norm for this business, then the doors would have been closed long ago.
I've known this family for several decades, and they've always been very kind and honest towards me!
The service here is terrible. They told me to be here by 2pm. When i got there at 2 , they said it may be a couple more hours before they even looked at my car. The secretary was extremely rude. I got on the phone with my mother and she kept interrupting me saying "if you have a problem then you can grab your keys and leave". The owner then told me go ahead leave it isn't putting money in my pocket. I do not recommend this place at all.
Fair and honest. It's not easy to find a shop you can trust and is willing to talk about your vehicle and what it really needs or could wait or really doesn't need at all. The team is friendly and are great people.
