The waterview park and ride is the main station for the lakeland bus service. It is private owned but has access to nj transit routes. This helps when weekday morning traffic gets to use 1 lane from the oncoming side. Regular frequency varies from hourrly to peak times is 15 mins from port authority. Buses go to both port authority and downtown.

Waterview Park and Ride is the best! Free parking, reliable buses to NYC, and always plenty of availability. Plus, it's clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Then on you have to wait at least the another bus for one HOURS. . You CAN'T TALK BY CELLPHONE, MASK IS REQUIRED, AND DO NOT TALK, DONT PLAY. MUSIC.

This park and ride stop is close to Indian restaurant A2B parispanny. There are plenty of parking spots.

The bus that we took to get here is the lakeland bus which operates every 1 hour on weekdays and every 2 hours during weekends.

Its about 45 mins bus ride from NYC Penn Station.

Very Convenient, found the buses to the city (eastbound) were very punctual! Just bear in mind you can't purchase a return only singles (one way). I paid $12.50 for one way at the time of this review. Hope that helps.
