I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy today. I have previously collected family members' prescriptions from here without problem but I shall not be returning. I recently joined Framfield surgery next door and went to collect my first prescription. The receptionist/pharmacist was incredibly rude when I said I was collecting a prescription, responding curtly and waving her hands in the air. I had mistaken the pharmacy for the dispensary in the surgery itself and when I showed her the text I had received, she huffed, pointed at the building next door, saying "You want the dispensary!", and turned around. I am shocked at having been spoken to so rudely and left the experience feeling belittled. I have the name of the pharmacist but I can't seem to find an email address to make a complaint. Like I said, I had not had any problems at this pharmacy before today but I shall not be returning. Terrible customer service.
Fabio and his lovely team have always treated me with professionalism, kindness and understanding towards my situation. Fabio is one of a kind, and heads a remarkable team, who have always gone the extra mile for me.The service my husband Rob, and myself receive is second to none. Everyone who works there are friendly, courteous, helpful, warm, accomodating and welcoming. I need several types of medication and always get them from Waterton which is a very busy pharmacy. If there are ever any problems in getting them through, Fabio and his team are most helpful. In my experience they are always friendly and polite. I warmly recommend them.
Watertown pharmacy has provided me with an excellent service for many years. I have always found the team working there are welcoming, polite, courteous and sensitive with any service needed. All staff are very helpful and work with you to meet any needs, going above and beyond to accomplish this.
If I have run short of medication, the team have managed to resolve the issue at very short notice and have helped me in difficult situations often. Their excellent communication and professionalism has always been demonstrated leaving me feeling confident that my care is handled and delivered with the highest quality.
Watertown Pharmacy has been literally keeping me and my family alive. It has been providing an outstanding service to Woodbridge in many commendable ways. These include not only in the efficency of its staff led by Fabio, but also the promptness and friendliness of all staff. They are always ready and willing to support patrons in answering questions making suggestions and even helping patrons to speed up lost or delayed prescriptions. Fabio and all of his team are truly the core of a warm,friendly helpful, and professional service. This pharmacy through the excellent service provided deserves more than five stars. It is not necessary to ask, that you keep up the good work because it is guaranteed that you will, but I think that what is more important to ask is that you never leave woodbridge, we would be lost without you. A few years ago this pharmacy was a shambles with no systems or processes that worked. Prescriptions used to get lost, delayed or stocks were exhausted and shelves bare.
This has all changed since the new management has come in and it couldn't be better with seamless systems and prescriptions handled quickly. Plus the retail shelves are better stocked and ranged well.
I have been using Waterton Pharmacy for many years. Since Superintendent Pharmacist Fabio Carbiner has taken ownership of the Pharmacy, it runs perfect. His staff are extremely polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend this Pharmacy. Don't read the negative reviews from the past. It is now a very good pharmacy. Keep up the good work Fabio and your team!
Mr Fabio and all the members of the pharmacy's team are always welcoming, friendly, courteous and professional.
They are quick and efficient in filling prescriptions and if necessary provide information about the products under the guidance of the chief pharmacist Fabio, and when necessary he steps in to provide more indepth information and advice.
My family and friends, have no complaints only appreciation for the services provided by Waterton Pharmacy and highly recommend it. .
