I received excellent service from Mr Patel who managed to fit me in with short notice for my travel vaccinations. A detailed explanation of the vaccinations and the possible side affects was shared with me. Further research was done in terms of ensuring I needed malaria tablets and how to be safe whilst travelling. I would highly recommend Waterman Pharmacy and the team are very good. We were last minute with our travel vax and Mr Patel and his team did a stellar job, incredibly thorough and skilful and took his time to explain through all the requirements and possible side effects. Lovely service! They talked us through the whole process, made sure to let us ask if we have concerns. Vaccination was quick. We got our certificate, they made sure to triple check all details and made sure we were good before sending us on our way.
Very quick appointment for some travel vaccines. They helped me establish which vaccines I needed, how long they last and the potential side effects. Explained everything thoroughly and kindly.
Had both of my toddlers vaccinated for chicken pox. The staff was very helpful, efficient when I enquired initially but also through the vaccinations, they were very helpful and caring to my children.
They also always find a time to discuss and help on other issues I or my children have, and answer questions.
