Have been using the pharmacy for quite a number of years. More recently been taken over. Despite visiting the doctors it's a pleasure to pick prescriptions up. There's always a smile, a kind word, bit of 'banter', great advise, what more does one need from our friendly chemist?! ????
Blood pressure service good and nice to be asked to get it done. I have found out by the young man I have got high blood pressure and he is a good asset to the company. The staff are quick at dispensing medication for me.
This pharmacy is the best one we've had in Waterloo for over 40 years. Prescriptions are issued within a couple of days if not sooner. I got a text one afternoon to say mine was ready and I had only ordered it that morning. Always served with a smile no matter how busy they are. A few years ago I was considering moving to a delivery service but now there is no need at all :-)
It’s very refreshing to see an independent pharmacy taking its job seriously in the community. Putting its customer’s priority first! Answering calls respectfully and answering in good time. Without been prompted doing there very best to help.

Come into the pharmacy and ask to check my blood pressure. All the staff who work there are nice and friendly. The young man was very good with his service and very helpful and polite.the services is very good. Always quick services with all the staff.
What fantastic service at the new Waterloo Pharmacy…..
I’m on repeat dispense meds and when it was Rowlands Pharmacy the service and dispense of my meds was horrendous, they mostly never got my meds right, with missing items and time wasted often…!!
But since Waterloo Pharmacy took over there has been a excellent improvement, the meds are always on time and always complete and I have to say Nav is brilliant with his customer service, keep it up Waterloo Pharmacy…!!
I was offered a blood pressure check while I waited for my prescription and it was a good job I said yes as the results were a little concerning. Friendly staff and prompt service.
Just had blood pressure test. Young man was very polite. Pharmacy has dramatically changed since under new management, no queue’s and prescription always fulfilled.
