This surgery is shocking, while time I have been registered seen once face to face one lady is really rude over the phone. I told them I had a appointment for two weeks I couldn’t wait she rudely told me I hadn’t I said I had it been emailed to then be told it hadn’t been booked in so she would do over the phone I was then told to go ane. The surgery is shocking when it comes to appointments and think certain staff members need to learn some manners and not be rude over the phone
I use to love this surgery always got an appointment but the last 4 times calling for appointments even at 8am to be told no appointments available but I can send you to high oak surgery......today I decided to remove myself from the surgery.
When you choose a doctor surgery to join you don't expect to have to see doctors at a different practice who know nothing about you.
Also I have annual checkups for 4 different health issues which I find and I asked to make appointments for......(money earners for the surgery). That I would be definitely not be sent to other practices for.
Shame on this surgery for not seeing there own patients.
Appointment 8.30am and the nurse arrived at 8.55 so after a wait of nearly 1 hour she apologised saying stuck in traffic ????. Not the 1st time this as happened ????. But may main concern is that cannot ever seem to get to see a doctor.
Moved here in November since my partners previous GP was horrendous and this GP is so much better they found the reason for my partners spine pain in only 2 months rather than the year or so the he was with the other GP because they were idiots and knew nothing this GP is so good with nice receptionist and understanding nurses and doctors all staff are amazing and we're very grateful for all their help they have given us
Hi ! I am really disappointed with the way the doctor works here. today i have an appointment at 2:42 but when i got to the front desk it was 2:49. I was waiting for the receptionist to talk about my appointment. 2:54 the young girl at the front desk met me. I said I have an appointment at 2:42 today and she said she had to ask the doctor again because I was late. and i waited until 3:10 the girl at the front desk called me and said the doctor couldn't see me today. I'm really shocked and disappointed because just because I was 5 minutes late to find a parking space, the doctor canceled my appointment and made me wait for more than 20 minutes to receive the answer, see me Or not? I think it's not fair to me and many other patients… I wonder if I'm 5 minutes late for the doctor not seeing me when I have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. I'm just an ordinary citizen, I'm not a well-educated doctor like you, but I think you guys are really too much for me. Why if I'm late and can't see me, why don't you answer me as soon as I come in, your time is so precious, what is our time?
If I could give 0 stars I would the new website update is not learning difficulties friendly it's just a big mess 9/10 people I've spoken too also are having the same problem and are leaving to join another surgery ridiculous there was no need to make it more complicated. And if you don't book online the receptionists are moody with you and persist too tell you to do it online unacceptable especially no considering for the minority of people with learning difficulties.
Reception/Support staff are VERY GOOD and CARING!
My GP, Dr Sharma is one of the best that I have dealt with. Knows his stuff and is VERY supportive and helpful.

Called at 1305 for my mom who was in bed poorly with a chest infection, she is never ill!
The doctor called back at 1415 and I had collected the prescription from the nominates pharmacy by 1445. First dose by 3pm!
Such a great service!
