The food had no taste/seasoning at all, especially the rice. Was fresh and seemed clean, but I feel ripped off as it was not enjoyable. They dont do delivery either which is not convenient.
Great food, portion sizes are generous. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The food here is great, I have been at Water Lily on two occasions and I enjoyed my food. They do not do delivery, so you have to go physically to get your food. You also cannot dine in.
Really gone down hill . Rice was disgusting tasted like it had been cooked in dirty oil decided to have another go as never had this problem before . Was lovely . Satay sauce is on point thank you
I visited Water Lily as I was hungry for chow mein and spring rolls, I also thought it’d be a good opportunity to teach my daughter how to use chopsticks. My trip was successful on both counts.
The food was absolutely delicious and my daughter took to chopsticks like a duck to water.
The staff were lovely and the food was cooked in no time at all.
Would definitely visit again if I was in the area!
First time and probably the last. Chowmein was ok . Sweet and sour chicken balls the actual balls were great but sauce was tasteless but I only live 2 minutes away and when got it home was cold which was very disappointing as I’d waited 25 minutes to be cooked.
This used to be the best take away in my locality. Sadly I cant say it still is. I had spicy vrg noodles. They were spicy, but other than that they were tasteless!
Very tasty king prawn and cashew nuts, beef chow mein and sweet and sour chicken balls, but the egg fried rice had virtually no egg in it, so that's why it's 4 stars rather than 5.
Update: Several visits later... Mushroom fried rice very good, and has become our preferred rice.
Further update: still good food, and very good customer service.
