I trust all of the dr’s and nurses at this urgent care with care for not just myself but my kids and entire family. They are consistently kind, thorough, professional and offer the best care. We have gone here for years and will continue to for many more :) The dr and nurse today were wonderful.
Excellent care after a not so good experience at another location. Caring, knowledgeable provider took the time to listen, investigate, and explain my condition. I will definitely return.
I didn't have any problems. Quick & efficient. I concur with he review that stated, "I don't think people that have a good experience leave reviews". Facility seemed clean also.
Absolutely a joke .. schedule an appointment on mychart checked in paid my insurance deductible arrived at 3:15 PM for my 3:30 appointment on 03/17/2024, at 5:00 I walked out without even seeing by a Physician or PA. In the rest of America or world for that matter 3:30 appointment means 3:30 not whenever.... why even schedule an appointment ... why in the world these common sense rules don't apply to the health care facilities, why can't Cliff Robertson, M.D can hire some more help and quit wasting money on stupid landscaping
The staff at this location was very friendly. There had just been an emergency with an ambulance present and the patient was being wheeled out. Because of this this, there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it to me.
I want to commend and thank Dr. K. Felten and Sam for taking care of my issue - I can HEAR again, woohoo! Kudos ladies!
I would recommend this facility.
Simply the worst urgent care I have ever gone to. They do not live up to their name: "urgent care". After check-in you sit... and sit.... and sit... and sit.... no one comes to see you. So you wait and wait some more for the doctor. I finally walked out without any seeing me.... no medical care given. Find another clinic.... I would give zero stars if I could. They have no concern for your general welfare and certainly not your time.... I will never go back to them...........
Dr Felton was gave amazing service, was super personable, and got me the referral I needed!
I was just there with my daughter and got there at 330 and was still waiting in the waiting room at 5:00 they could clearly see that my daughter was not doing good at all. They kept on bringing other patients in that was there after us. Not ever going there again. Completely ticked off
