Been using this place for about 6 years now, always great customer service no messing about, one of the best in Ashington. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Great customer service, always happy to sort out any issues with my vehicle. Listened to any issues I had found and worked to the best of their ability to diagnose and fix these problems. Due to the garage being a longer distance from home, I was offered a courtesy car while mine was in for repairs (free of charge, only had to pay for the fuel I used). Always good quality workmanship and go above and beyond to please their customers!
I bought a ten year old car off Alyn Brewis earlier this year. The aftercare provided by Wansbeck service centre was second to none. Any issues I had were resolved immediately and at no extra cost, despite occurring months down the line. Highly recommended.
Reported a stuck lock on boot, 3 months later it still isn't fixed. Garage ordered wrong part twice. Decided to try a garage that knows what they are doing.
