Ordered from here a few times and the food is always hot and always very nice, the last order took a little while to arrive as the delivery driver got lost, but in the end I got my food and it was still warm and I enjoyed it. After I got my food I received a call from someone that works there saying they had recooked my food and were bringing it to me because they presumed it must not have been delivered which I was really impressed that they were willing to do that to rectify the mistake.
All in all it’s a lovely take away with a very good range of food that tastes amazing, can’t fault it.
We ordered food tonight at 5:58pm just 2 dishes and was given an estimated time of arrival of 6:50pm so a little longer than usual but we didn’t mind. 7:20 I called them to check where our order was and the lady said he’s on his way. 40 mins after this and now over 2 hours since ordering I called again and was told the same again he’s on his way. Eventually just before 20 past 8 it finally arrived. The food was nice enough and the lady was apologetic on the phone but reading through the reviews it seems to be a regular thing. I know they can change the estimated delivery time on Uber eats so I think they should be honest and say it’s going to be 2 -2 1/2 hours then you can decide wether your happy to wait or not before you place the order. For this reason we wouldn’t order from them again.
Placed a small order on Christmas Eve at 6pm with a delivery time of an hour and a half which I fully accepted due to the day. By 8.30 still no order delivered, couldn’t ring the shop as constantly engaged.
Never ordered from here and thought I’d try a change - won’t make that mistake again!
Shocking-shouldn’t take orders via Uber if you are too busy.
Wish I’d read the reviews on here first as they aren’t great and so many people can’t be wrong!!!

Ordered food for delivery at 7.36pm. Order accepted and at 21.52 was informed it was cancelled by text. Awful customer experience. Never again will I order from Wangs Pemberton
Food was standard, squid was unchewable delivery took 2.5 hours after trying to get into contact with them, no answer on the phone didn't offer anything for the delay. Do not order from here
Ordered on just eat and had to call the shop as we couldn’t eat the food the curry sauce was so hot it had ruined the food and the woman I spoke to on the phone said she wouldn’t replace the food or offer an alternative. This was once a good Chinese but not anymore
Accepted the order and cancelled an hour later … fuming and have a hungry family. Will never order from here again!!!
Delicious as always. Big order on new year's eve as we done our own Chinese buffet. Not one item missing. Food piping hot and just delicious. Recommend the salt and pepper chicken balls but I would suggest ordering a side of barbecue sauce. Plenty of left overs for another delicious meal on the 2nd January. I think if more people who were happy with their food actually found time to leave a review this place would be close to 5 stars!!
