Rick and his business is great. Rick will have you recked vehicle in top top shape. I'm from Alabama been here for work till August. I had two wrecks one due to snow the other one was someone rear ended me. I am so happy to have him to do my repairs rick Is a well trusted business man and happy to have him. REPAIR my truck I can't thank you all enough that you all have helped me.
I could not ask for better service than what I received at Walters! They were up front and honest from the start. Everything was explained thoroughly before it was repaired. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reasonable, honest, quality work.
Turn around time was phenomenal and the work completed was even better.
They are so RUDE ! They never once called me to tell me the damage done the amount of the estimate NOTHING. Everytime I would call them they where just rude. Mind you I didn’t call until it was almost 3 weeks in of them having my daughters car and haven’t heard from them so I called. And every other time I would call it was because they thought ey just kept telling me a date and I would call on that date to see what time I could come pick the vehicle up and they would just give me another promise date. For over 2 months this went on. Then they had to send it out a mechanic that was suppose to fix the transfer case and again never called to let me know hey this is where your car went to get the transfer case fixed. We finally get the jeep back her 4 wheel drive did not work and none of her drive modes work at all. The only reason I bought her this vehicle was for the 4 wheel she lives in the country and when it snows she will need it. I call walters to ask who “fixed” it and they refused to tell me once again rude. And all I wanted to do is bring it back to the mechanic who fixed and have them look at it !! Do not go here it’s not worth the wait or to put up with all the rudeness.
Yeah, found out my insurance premium went up because of these liars. They had done a repair job on my back trunk and bumper. I went to go pick it up and found that there was new damage on the right side that wasn't there before, so I filed another claim and had them repair it. My mistake was not getting the police involved. As soon as I left. They filed a false report with the police saying my wife was joyriding through the parking lot and had done the damage herself. Liars! Neither of us even opened the door to the car. I had no idea about this untill I checked my premium to see why it was so high. Do not trust them. Scammers.
PERFECTION! In my younger years, I was in more than a few accidents and have had to have a good percentage of my cars repaired from such accidents. My cars were never the same afterward. This time tho, I am WAY more than impressed. I had a deer DESTROY my driver’s side of a 2018 Chevy Cruze from the front bumper all the way down my drivers side to the rear fender. I was nervous about my car not being “the same” after having it fixed. Walter’s exceeded any and all expectations I had. My car is actually BETTER than new! The paint and body work is absolutely PERFECTION! I don’t care how far you have to travel to have the work done, it is DEFINITELY worth the trip! I will say it again, their work is FLAWLESS!
Fixed my bumper and tire and got it back to me lightning fast!
