Really clean store except for the bathrooms… I had a 5 star experience until I went to the restroom on the way out… this place looked fully staffed and yet the bathroom was nasty..
Terrible experience with management in tire and lube center. I am sorry I will not be back to the automotive department. There were busy talking and not paying attention to the customer. The customer is the reason they have a job. Please never forget about your customers they have feelings and frustrations. I don't like that I waste 2 hours of my time and then they refuse to do my oil change. But I asked for a oil change. Please don't ever treat your customers this way and argue with me and say it is my fault that I ordered the wrong tires. I will never be back because the automotive department doesn't like dealing with female customers. I think if I was a man I would have been treated better. I am very disappointed in the service I received. This manager asked me to go away
Extremely rude staff. Store is always a mess. During one visit I had items snatched out of my cart by an employee. She stated that it was the last one and they wanted it. Another time I was trying to figure out how to do a split payment on a self checkout and staff took my credit card out of my hand and pushed me out of the way saying “if your going to be this slow, then I better do it.” Will never shop there again.

Usually I have nothing bad to say about Walmart, but the experience I had yesterday was just poor customer service. My husband and I had bought a tv got it home the screen was busted as if someone had just dropped the tv on it’s right side, we immediately took pictures and called the pine city store, they asked us to bring it in in exchange the product. Keep in mind we had the protection plan. We drive another 25-30 minutes back to the store to get an exchange, we get there and another associate tells my husband we cannot exchange, and that our protection plan doesn’t take effect until 30 days after purchasing the product. Before we could even ask to talk to someone else she asked for the barcode and immediately does the refund. Not a problem but we were excited about this tv and really wanted the tv, and just wanted to make sure we couldn’t get an exchange. Something still didn’t seem right seeing how on their policy clearly states that they do exchange on pretty much everything except firearms and ammunition. So we call the store this time and just ask to speak to a store manager. We get in touch with the store manager who was very polite and told us it could have been exchanged and should have been exchanged, and that if we come back and talk to him and the other associate he named we would be taken care of. We go back to the store and we are met we a completely different associate, we ask to speak to the manager we had spoken to on the phone, the associate proceeds to tell us that they guy you talked to is just a back end manager I’m the front manager and there is nothing we can do for you. I called the cooperates number because I’m getting really confused your policy says you do exchanges, I’ve heard from two the associate tell me you do exchanges, and two other associates tell me you don’t do exchanges. I explained to yet another person on the phone everything that we’ve been through today, he tells me it’s up to the store manager if they will take back the tv or not. I told him I what I was told back and forth back and forth and I’m just getting exhausted. (He was also very polite and understanding). No disrespect but some of your employees need a better understanding of your policy, and how aggressive your employees came off about not exchanging the product and not letting my husband talk to the person we had spoken to on the phone is just ridiculous. Not being able to get another tv is not the issue, it’s how your associates reacted to the situation. Out of everyone I had spoke to that day the only people who helped were the people we don’t get to see. And that’s an issue. I advise anyone buying an electronic from Walmart in pine city Mn, just to proceed with caution, because some of their associates are very unclear about their policy. This is a customer service review not a store review. And thank you again the ones who we talked to yesterday who actually helped!
Yesterday day i brought in my real service dog she does Psychiatric work for me a fake service dog in a mobility cart in the basket where you put food in started whining at me causing my heart to spike to 119 no one helped me i was shaking sitting on the damn floor i am sick of this they need to start asking the 2 questions because they can legally start asking 1. Is it a service dog ? 2. What task does my service dog do for my disability? Without asking i can send them into a lawsuit for not asking
We were taken to this marvel of food by some friends....as you enter the establishment you are met by sections gesturing: baked goods or meat mkt or groceries or souvenirs. As you walk deeper in you find a help-yourself menu and follow the crowd to the order station....there you place-pay for your order then receive a beverage glass to help yourself, by the tables....they brought your meal(s) to your table...the service and food was superb.
There's no signs or displays showing a gluten free section! Things for a special diet were difficult to locate! Also foods & plants that should have been able to be purchased with food stamps weren't ringing up correctly! Took my friend 45 minutes to get through the checkout! Very disappointed!
