The cashier was very helpful and quick when looking up the price of the top soil I wanted to buy. I was also amazed to have a very helpful stocker come to the parking lot and help be load all the bags of soil I had purchased.
We went to electronics and a lady, Angie, acted like it was an inconvenience to open up a case and give us a phone mount. Then she proceeded to answer her cell phone and talk on it the whole time while we were checking out. She was very rude.
Staff was super friendly and store was clean. However produce was half rotten this is the second Walmart in the area where this is a continuous issue. At the cost of groceries there is no excuse for half rotten food.
Very clean ????, Helpful and knowledgeable staff and good prices. Does have issues with stock for pet supplies (primarily cats). Short on staff since we had to wait 40 minutes beyond our scheduled pickup time. Plenty of parking but it can fill up fast for handicap parking ????️.
My experience at the Ahoskie, NC location was absolutely horrible. I was returning an item that I had purchased the night before and was constantly told by several employees that I could not return my item (despite having the receipt and all original packaging). They offered no solutions and just told me that there was nothing they could do to help. I requested a manager numerous times and was ignored. I called the Walmart customer service helpline about the issue and the associate who answered told me to put the employees on the line and all the employees refused to talk to the rep on the phone. After about 30 minutes of being told that there was nothing they could do and wouldn't accept my return, a manager eventually came, called the Walmart helpline and was instructed to issue my refund. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops and deal with nasty attitudes for simply trying to return an item. I will never visit this location again.
Service could not be any more slower. Employees standing around doing NOTHING. I don't know why they don't close the damn place. The Employees would be doing the exact same.
Don't walk in with a booksack or you will be stereotyped, but this is understandable in the world we live in, other then that clean and pretty much stocked at all times, (time saver for sure)
An employee went out of her way to assist me in finding a product. Better than expected customer service. Checkout was fast.
