Had a breakdown was recovered within a hour and a half. Diagnosed and back on the road the next day. Can't get better than that. I use my vehicle for business so even better. Great service and fair price charged. Delighted. Dave.

I called this garage to ask if they had any capacity to help diagnose an issue with my car and even though they had no capacity to look at it for the next few weeks, they told me to pop along with it so I knew what was wrong and if it was urgent. Lauren was so helpful in explaining the issue and even managed to squeeze my car in to be fixed that day as she felt it was unsafe to drive. My car was fixed within a few hours and I left the garage feeling like I really understood the issue. This family run garage are so welcoming and made me feel so relaxed in an environment I know nothing about! I won’t go anywhere else now and would recommend them to everyone for competitive prices and amazing customer service!

Clutch broke driving through Wallyford yesterday (apologies for the queue caught behind me folks). Googled a local garage, and they came and collected the car, fixed within the hour, coffee and biscuits while i waited. Great, friendly garage with sensible charging! Well recommended.

I accompanied a friend to see her vehicle as I was looking for body work done on my car. As soon as we arrived the lies started. I looked at the disgrace and demolition of my friends vehicle whilst listened to the friendly family talk absolute rubbish. Bragging about the great bits they did. Still to find said good jobs. Anyway I walked out. They are a family oh crooks an I'd give minus 5 star. I'd actually like to meet the 5 star review crew

Genuinely the best garage I’ve ever been to. Family owned, kind people from the moment I happened upon them when we moved to the area. Solid amazing work done on our car a few times, and they even nipped round to mine to jumpstart it when I left the lights out. Customers for life!

I cannot believe the trauma this “family garage” has put my family through.

We came to him with our car, after him telling me that other garages will take advantage of me due to me being a young woman, and that I was to fully trust him as he runs this with this daughter and he will never take advantage of this.

I went against my better judgement and trusted this awful garage to be fair with me, and tell me the truth but it was quite the opposite.

The owner of the garage told me the car had to be left with him to do some investigation, during this time he told us everything looked absolutely fine and the car was in perfect condition, then all of a sudden told us that the car was going to “blow up” if we turned it on, and that it needed to be scrapped.

We asked to go and visit to see the car and on arrival his daughter told us we couldn’t even turn the car on to check as it would blow up, we fought back on this but ultimately he convinced us that the car was nothing but scrap. I begged with him saying we had saved up all our savings and worked so hard to buy it and we would put every penny we had into fixing it however he said it was unfixable.

He told us he had already booked it in for scrap and he was keeping the money.

My partner and myself were so unbelievably gutted but if he said it was completely unfixable to the point he had booked it for scrap, then it must be true? Our honourable family garage would never lie to us would they?

Absolutely they would, the car was “scrapped” in September due to irreparable damage, yet when checking the reg, the car had been MOTd not 2 weeks later, passing an MOT for a year.

So our car was back on the road FIXED after being told it was completely irreparable. To the point he spoke with my dad and told my dad it was completely done. Nothing could be done.

He lied.

Not only had this awful man lied to us, and put our car back on the road, he put it on the road IN MY PARTNERS NAME.

I am HORRIFIED, he took total advantage of us being in a panic and needing genuine help, and he lied through his teeth to seem like we could trust him.

I will never forget this, all our hard saved money and effort we put into that car, GONE for the benefit of this awful man.

All this “family garage” want is people to take advantage of, do not bring your car here. Take it literally ANYWHERE else.
