If I could give zero stars I would.... I have been waiting a week for my husband's prescriptions to be filled.... I have gone every day and had the same thing told me... it looks like it will be on the shipment today and should be ready by 3... they closed on a random Tuesday.... and now today they said if I come inside and wait they can get it ready for me (after saying they don't have it yet and I had to complain that they have said that the last few days I have been here...) worse pharmacy ever. Hopefully you don't need life saving medicine because you won't get it in a reasonable amount of time.
Check out was fine, woman was very nice. Received shots without appointment but it did take 45 min or so. Had prescriptions to fill. They did not inform that an item had to be ordered. Checking on RX is a nightmare!! A person could die before they got what they needed from the pharmacy. All they tell you over and over is to come check back each day between 2 and 4. No answers.
One star for friendly service but the store is disgustingly dirty. Bathroom looks like a tornado hit it. Rolls of toilet paper and paper towels not put in dispensers and looked as if someone wiped poo on them. Garbage and feminine napkin disposal overflowing. Unexceptable condition!
When a doctors office needing to speak to a pharmacist is put on hold over and over for over 30 minutes, 3 separate times, only to be hung up on EACH AND EVERY TIME, it is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism is mind blowing!!!
I've never seen a poorer run Walgreens. They need new management . The staff don't even know where they are standing and they're out of stock for a lot of stuff.
Was there to buy cosmetics, shelves were very empty, asked the lady at photo dept if they were phasing out cosmetics. She immediately told me there were other stores I could shop such as Walmart or CVS and that I didn't have to shop there. Very rude and uncalled for. Will not shop there again. ZERO STARS!
Just went in to pick up package lady at front register was so nice, however, the manager was horrible so was condescending, rude and ugly. I asked her if I did something to offend her she said I don't know you. I said then why you being so rude then. She was awful.
Their business hours say they close at 11pm but I’ve shown up right at 10pm or before 10 multiple times and they are closed. Please change your hours of operation so customers won’t waist their time or gas driving there.
