Best KPortal Reviews

Pricey, but a reasonable range of products available. It was fairly quiet on our visit and I imagine there would be longer queues at busy times.
We had one flapjack (prepacked) a slice of very nice cake and two lattes with syrup shots for £18.
This place is filthy! The bins are over filled, the tables are not wiped down, the chairs are crusty and the staff managed to give you the wrong cake even when there is only two to choose from. Had to wipe down our table (the place is half empty and no cleaning staff) this place is horrible.
Definitely not. For the money it should deliver better service and quality. Coffee poor and ice-cream the smallest portion my kid ever had.
Great staff and amazing value! We stopped by for lunch today and had a delicious sweet potato and aubergine curry and chill con carne. Both served with very tasty home made potato wedges and attractively presented with a garnish of salad. Really good value at £12:95 each. The staff were absolutely lovely and chatty - I felt so sorry for them having to put up with a very demanding customer in front of us, but feel they handled the situation extremely well. I feel the rating here is very misleading and would be very happy to return next time we're in the area.
Amazing comedy value. This place is a disaster from start to finish. Two adults and two kids arrived at 12.30. The queue isn't moving. Everyone in the queue is looking for a menu. It's in a glass case just before you get your tray, hidden behind the queue. All the parents are trying to work out what their kids could eat but have to push through to see the menu with the whole family in tow, then push back to their place.
We can't find what's in the kids box? There must be a list.
Hidden below sight level in a cooler there are five sandwiches left. Two are vegan, 3 are cheese based.
I've found the list for the kids box. It's hidden behind the fruit, and there's no mention of a bag of crisps. Bit odd.
The servers are also warming the food to order, which takes an age.
My partner wants a coffee. The price list has no prices, and there's no oat milk. We've waited 10 minutes for a ham sandwich while the hot food went cold.
I opened my sausage and caramalized onion ciabatta to find it half devoid of sausage. With a big smile I asked one of the staff if I was missing some sausage, she shrugged, "I don't know". Cool.
I took the sandwich back to the counter and asked a young man if it was correct. He said he didn't know, maybe take it over to....... I smiled and suggested perhaps he should take it wherever it needs to go. He came back 3 minutes later. "that's the right amount of sausage but its supposed to go in the middle with the onions on top". Cool.
It just looks like no-one knows what's going on, no one knows what's on the menu.
Just bring a picnic.
Here's a picture of my sandwich as it was served, and the arrow points to the kids box menu.
£10 for 2 burnt sausages and burnt wedges.
Technically, it was supposed to be sausages and chips only. But they ran out of chips (go figure). So it was replaced by burnt wedges from another dish with some gravy and peas.
It took 20mins to get few coffee, extremely incompetent staff. None of the food options had any seasoning. They always serve Mulled wine, but this year there was none. Ruined the whole Wakehurst experience.
We visit Wakehurst every year, and this year is the first time the quality of food, service and the whole atmosphere was disgusting in the restaurant. It's like the kitchen staff have no clue how to cook basic food. Just appalling.
Nice coffee and cake though not special.
Simple food service with a smile ????
How disappointing that visitors cannot clear their own plates and rubbish????? So these people have waiters at home? ????????‍♂️????????????
