Best KPortal Reviews
Spent £83 on possibly the worst Chinese I've had,
didn't even attempt the spring rolls as they had pink meat of some sort in them.
Nothing special about the Special Chow mein.
Did salt & pepper ribs but not chips!?
No taste in the curry sauce.
Really disappointed for the money!
Best Chinese in town and always has been since the 90s. Food has been consistent all that time. Been using them since 1992. Staff are really friendly and are well known in the town. Parking out side is a little hit and miss as they always seem busy. But there is a carpark 2 minute walk away
I've lived in Cornwall 10 years and finally found an exceptional Chinese take away.
Food cooked fresh good portions and taste delicious.
Would highly recommend.
Been a fan of Wai Kui or as we used to call it as a young lad in neighbouring Padstow nearly 50 years ago.
Always used to order a meal for the family on a Friday night as an end of week treat. "Mathews", If you know, you know right. Never fails. Good honest food for a reasonable price.
Moved to Wadebridge from Padstow a couple of years ago and was delighted to enjoy once again and 2 years on still continuing to enjoy the lovely food.
Big nod to the awsome Callum front of house and all those we don't see that work hard to keep this institution successful for the next 50 and beyond. Thank you guys.

The guy on the phone was very friendly and then he was also just as nice when I went in to collect. Food was ready exactly when he said it would be. Great service and the food was okay too.
Nice food. You should order very early as they get busy and you'll be waiting for an hour or more. The location makes it a bit difficult to pick up from as there is little parking and it's a relatively busy one way street..
