The burgers are good. They're a bit pricey for not having sides included but it's still a good hand made burger. They show off all of Mark Wahlberg's movies but strategically leave off The Happening LOL
Poor attitude by cashier made this visit less than memorable! Served a pink burger after asking it to be cooked well done. She explained that as the way well done burgers are supposed to look. Manager came through and asked specifics about burger was to be cooked. Same cashier returned the new burger to the table. She was greeted with a thank you and appreciation. No eye contact. No acknowledgement of remarks! Last visit for sure!
Great Burgers and loved the Buffalo Chicken Wahlbites! The French Fries and Onion Rings were great! Hot and fresh and made to order. Really enjoyed the Our Burger. Gift shop with t-shirts and hats are also available for purchase. Great atmosphere with the restaurant being located inside the Hollywood Casino. Fast and friendly staff! Recommend giving Wahlburgers a try if you’re at the Hollywood Casino! Located in the rear of the casino.
I wanted to start off by saying the little young lady that wears the black head band is so sweet. Her customer service is stupendous. I have never met a cashier who is as splendid as she was. Also the food here was amazing. My Our Burger was delicious and my tater tots were great too. Oh man did I mention there shakes? Get the Black & White shake, you will not regret it. Will visit again soon
My sister and I just left there. First of all its too pricey..... there's no combo meals. You have to pay for everything individually. The burgers are 12.95 and the fries and drinks your paying over 6 dollar for each. When we got our food my burger was very greasy, the bacon could have been cooked longer. My bun wasn't big enough and was soggy from the grease. The only thing that was good were the fries. Also, as we were sitting in there eating we kept getting attacked by a gnat. Which was very annoying. Won't go back again....I've had better burgers at a cheaper price.
These hamburgers and chicken sandwiches are amazing. We go here about every 2 weeks now. Well worth the price. Harcel is an asset to Wahlbergers and Hollywood Casino
First time for us and we were not impressed. Girl took my order and my money but didn’t submit my order so we waited an extra 15 mins then the only thing she had to say was “ oops my bad”, like really! We finally got this food and again not impressed. First why say onion rings when they are straws? Fries were not fresh and although the burger was decent it was not flavorful. Overall it was not a good experience.
I always order the BBQ Bacon Burger & fries when I come and it is fresh & delicious everytime. Chili is very good also. Its very clean here. Customer service is awesome. When I go, there is a cashier who is always so friendly and her big smile is always so pleasant to see. I think her name is Chandra. This place is never a disappointment, definitely recommend.
