I highly recommend that you avoid this place in all cost.
This is bad far my worst experience and review. I have ordered from this place in the past, and today will be the last.
The fried rice taste like metal & burnt cheese, The beef and broccoli he had to spit out because he couldn’t chew the beef. It was old and foul. The beef and broccoli had a weird smelly fish smell no one ate this item. The chicken fingers had a very strange taste And the chicken seemed old, not fresh. We now have to go get the kids another meal because no one ate the meal and everybody still hungry.
I called the restaurant back to share feedback I was very polite. And the person which was a man that answered the phone, didn’t care at all, and hung up the phone on me as I was sharing feedback. I have to express I was being very polite as I was trying to convey a message.
I don’t believe that this is the same family that own this place before or maybe they just don’t care anymore.
I got a pupu for 2, beef was raw, chicken was still pink, egg rolls were raw in the middle and the vegetable lo mein tasted like seafood do NOTTTTT recommend
Very bad food. I ordered their combo. I ordered online. Packaging is very bad. Half was food was in the bag in which it was packed. Do not pay extra and order their jumbo shrimp, you will hardly find any shrimp in it. Very disappointed. The crab Rangoon was soggy and hardly had any stuffing in it. Going forward I hope they start packing things separately so that the food taste is not mixed up.
The food here has been amazing for decades. It's always hot and fresh. The inside can be chilly and it's "dated" but who cares ..I recommend asking in advance (for your safety or just preference) if any dish you order has pork or ANY kind of fish/shellfish including FISH SAUCE. Oftentimes it gets "forgotten" that fish sauce contains actual fish. Personally pork and red meat I do not eat. Fish is an ALLERGY. Just be sure to do your self a favor and double check ✌️

Been going to Wah Sang for 30 years or more always excellent! Ate in the restaurant today fast and friendly service. Best Chinese food in Lowell!
I been I customer for over 20 yrs, today I had the BAD idea to order online for the first time.When I went to pick up, they couldn't find my order, I showed my bank statment, proving that the amount was discounted of my bank account. They didn't care at all, the person told me to come back in 2 days, I was ready to order again in person and resolve about the money later, even told him so, but the I don't care reaction that he insited in given.
That was a big disapointment!
I have eaten here two times in the past few months, each time i eat here i get really sick. I got a number 10 with lo mein last night and immediately my stomach started to hurt. This morning i woke up in extreme pain that did not go away. I finally was able to get up out of bed and i ran to the restroom and barfed up black. Mind you i haven’t had anything to eat or drink since yesterday due to pain. Try at your own risk!!!!!
Just a great long time restaurant. Been enjoying the food for years .always fast and fresh . Any time I'm in the area I stop in .Just can't resist.
