Their Lotus Biscoff waffle is one of the best I've ever tasted along with the accompanying whippy ice cream
(other places only do the normal gelato)
The milkshakes (Mango & Bubblegum) were thick but average in taste for the price with no toppings included.
Strawberry mojito was very refreshing and included fresh like and mint.
Strawberry sundae tasted okay, had plenty of strawberry sauce but not many strawberry pieces.
Lotus Biscoff milkcake was generous in portion and very delicious.
They could improve milkshakes but apart from that no complaints.
One of our regular desserts places - usually go for the double waffle and milkshakes. Wife likes the old school sweets like cornflake tart and concrete cake.
Our new dessert spot. Nutty Ferrero milkshake was thick, creamy, and generously topped with whipped cream. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough was very tasty and good portion size. Inside, it's a cozy and friendly atmosphere with the owner Billy who gave a personal touch. Definitely the perfect spot to indulge in delicious desserts and milkshake. Eat in or takeaway, everything will still taste fresh!
I visited the Aston branch of Wafflebox as my local dessert shop hadn't opened.
I was a little cautious as I'm creature of habit, and this looked new, but when I walked in I found a member of staff wiping down the surfaces, which made me feel reassured I was in a safe place.
The staff inside were really welcoming, courteous and professional.
They explained their menu and the ingredients they use for their recipes, they took the time to inform me of what makes them different from other dessert shops.
They informed me of their opening hours, with which they are consistent.
I decided to test the quality with a couple of classic milkshakes, so I chose the strawberry and chocolate flavours.
I was able to journey home (which was 10 minutes away) and the drinks were still ice cold, the flavours were exceptionally good.
The strawberry drink had actual fruit inside (which I prefer) and tasted very refreshing, I was able to crunch the fruit even though they were small enough to melt in my mouth. The chocolate drink was icy cold and the right amount of chocolaty texture to leave me paused in wonder of how to describe the sensation, I would buy this again.
I can honestly say, it's been a long time since I've had good quality milkshakes like these, in fact, I can't remember the last time tasting such delicious and refreshing drinks.

I have been meaning to try this for a long time but wish I had done so sooner! I opted for the bueno waffle which was absolutely delicious! Definitely good value for money and well worth the wait for fresh hot waffles. I also ordered the lindt milkshake which was amazing! The milkshakes are thick and creamy and taste amazing, much better than the watery milkshakes you get at some places. The whippy ice cream they use is definitely a great touch. Can’t wait to go back!
Very cozy and comfortable seating.Pleasant and humble staff, excellent service.It was a bit delayed but was compensated with 2 free tubs of ice cream, which was lovely and we got the chance to try their new sauce flavours! Thank you to all members of staff.☺️

Was a pleasant experience. We ordered on just eat. Desserts came still warm. We ordered the pancake and a cookie ball and they were really enjoyable. We loved the take out boxes too. Was so easy to just unfold and eat straight from them. Messy free. Would be ordering again.????
