1. The entire time we were there EVERYONE was doing something. Nobody was not doing their job. It was noticeable that everyone was dedicated to their job. Refreshing to see.
Now, Tammy is an excellent server. Gio is an excellent cook. The service and food could not have been better. From the moment we walked in until we left, everyone got excellent service. Seemed like several people were regulars and it was nice hearing everyone so courteous and friendly like old friends. The coffee was good. The hash browns were excellent and everything Gio made for us was delicious and cooked well beyond the expectations we have become accustomed to at Waffle House restaurants. We thank the staff for their hard work and dedication to making our visit here top notch. We look forward to coming back! PS we tipped Gio as well.
My husband wanted to add: Gio was so exceptional that he didn’t think an order of eggs were good enough so he trashed them and made a new order. Exceptional work ethic and dedication to providing food he’d eat himself. Well done!
All around 5 Stars!!!! I’ve never been more satisfied with food AND service at a Waffle House. Smiling faces and hellos right when you walk through the door. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I ate all of our food. Taylor was our server and she HOOKED UP my hash browns for me. She was in the process of training a young man to do great and still gave us excellent service. If we stop through this area on a route, we will most definitely eat here, again!! Thank you Taylor! She understood the assignment!
If you want somebody singing in your ear, a drill going in the back. Please feel free to visit this. Waffle House! The waitress didn’t check on me not one time she was bouncing through the store singing. I guess because I was not a regular I was not treated friendly. They got my order wrong. It was cold. They didn’t remake the whole order just what they got wrong. I came in around 4:15 PM. This place has definitely went downhill! By the time I left, the cook was outside Both waitresses were setting down in the corner and they had five tables setting inside the store.
Despite this location getting a couple of $40 orders wrong over the past year or so I was willing to give them another chance. Waffle House has a special place in my heart. They always have good fresh food (when they get the order right), and the servers are usually friendly. Tonight, however, after standing in line for about 10 minutes at this location one of the servers basically told us they were too busy to serve us and we would be better off leaving. She said that the seated customers took priority so they could not fill my to-go order. That's fine. It's not like we don't have choices in this area. There's a Waffle House at every exit on I75. After being talked to like that after a hard night of work, I'd rather not spend my money there anyway.
Great group of women working today 4/12/24 when I showed up tgere was a charter bus full of school kids leaving. Not once did they complain about people still coming in . Def will be back
Much above average Waffle House’s, that’s why I’ve ordered 5 stars, pretty clean and stuff are warmer friendly. They’re cooking food after your order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Not bad at all!!!
Phenomenal experience! I was a Weary traveler who hadn’t eaten all day. I received excellent customer service, my server was not only friendly but made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The Grill operator was exceptional. He maintained a clean work station and cranked out orders with a lot of care and attention to detail.
I came here and sat in with my kid, and his drink had a dead spider in it. The only time the food was good, and the grits wasn’t clumpy, was when they had an inspection. And it was hair in my grits instead of wearing a hat they need hair caps
