Capped hashbrowns were warm & mushrooms cold. Food was served timely, but considering the crowd, I'd rather had a longer wait than have medium warm food. Ladies restroom had no towels for drying your hands, plus hot air blower was out. Waitress didn't offer to refill our drinks. I had to go ask for refills.
Not the cleanest waffle House as it is older and doesn't look to have ever been remodeled. However, I have never had a bad experience at this location. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Food is hot and order is correct.
I went to Waffle House with a group of 13 people! This can be difficult for any kind of restaurant to handle. But they did a great job! They kept our drinks refilled, got our food to us in a timely manner and correct, we're friendly, and everyone enjoyed their food. If I give any complaint to Waffle House they always keep the temperature in the restaurant a little too cold.
After having a horrible experience at Denny's, my party decided to test our luck at Waffle House to see if we could do any better. And it was Fabulous. We walked in and immediately were seated. The waitress staff was on top of their game, and took our orders and had them back to us in 5 minutes! Everything was so delicious! I don't care what you get but get it on Texas Toast! The people were so friendly and helpful. My bill was $4 and change and I left the staff a $10. The parking lot is a little awkward, but you can't beat this great deal. Five Star service, food, and cost all the way.
Rude staff. It took over 10 min to get our drinks. Our waiter barely paid attention as we ordered and because of this of course our order wasn't correct. Food was still ok. We gave it a second chance thinking maybe it was just the waiter. This time we got a to go order. We were charged a 10% for getting it to go. I've been to several waffle houses and have never been charged for carry out. Our order was correct this time but the food was terrible. The waffle was soggy, the eggs barely cooked (even though I ordered well done), and pie that had mold on the crust. Won't be back to this location!
It was early morning about 6:00 am. Waffle House was changing shifts or just opened I don't know which. All I know is they wasn't ready to serve. It was a long wait. The waitress wrote the orders down for 3 and another rewrote it. We were asked 3 times our order again for clarification by this time almost 20-25 minutes had passed. I order was a pourche egg. Did not know how to fix it. The head person informed the cook how. They were polite but not reasonably fast for breakfast. Mist orders were correctly done. The experience was unfavorably had. The food cooked alright. It was off the highway 55 going North in the town of West Memphis, AR. I will never stop there again when I'm traveling.
Service was awesome! Food was tasty. Restroom was clean (May I mention it was shift change at around 6:30 AM when we arrived), my only compliant is the THIN waffles served at the "Waffle House" which the waffle is only served with 1 (one) menu platter. Overall it's a nice QUICK breakfast spot (two nearly perfect meals in less than 6 minutes) for less than 21 Bucks! #ShallTheWafflesGetThicker? Would be 5*s+
It had GREAT food, friendly staff and customers, quick service and was very clean! Waffles was delicious, I had the bacon, cheese, steak sandwich ❤ with flavor enhancing pickles and hash browns (not sure the name). It was AMAZING and very satisfying! Just as GOOD 2nd time through!
This Waffle House was very conveniently across the overpass from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Memphis, which had military discount very clean rooms, soft pillows, great sleep, clean dining area, morning attendant was happy and friendly. ????
