I had a fantastic experience at Waffle House! The team is incredibly friendly, making every visit feel warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to the manager, He ensures everything runs smoothly and that customers are happy. The food is absolutely delicious, from the waffles to the hash browns – everything is cooked to perfection. I always look forward to my next meal here. Highly recommend!
The food looked and smelled delicious. Our waitress was wonderful.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was so filthy we couldn’t sit there after ordering drinks. The floors were caked with food, trash, and sopping wet in spots. The bathrooms were awful. The sink had food chunks in it and there was feces all over the toilet seat. Staff was informed but unconcerned.
We love Waffle House, but the conditions were absolutely deplorable. The pictures are two small examples of the debris and condition.
Not a pleasant experience. The service was incredibly slow; it took over 30 minutes for the food to arrive. When the food finally did come, it was disappointing. The eggs were overcooked, the hash browns were not crispy, and the bacon was greasy and limp.
To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food. I immediately sent it back, but the staff didn't seem too concerned. Overall, it was a highly disappointing visit. I won't be returning anytime soon.
I'm going to complain about customer service. 2 times within a week we were told they could not serve me and another family. They had 3 tables open. The other half of the dining room was blocked off. Was told we have have to waitb15 min for the grill and Peggy stated she was unable to clean any table off. It appears they only want to serve single people. Not families.
Placed an early morning take out they didn't have an item ready at the moment when I came to pick up. However the staff went above and beyond to help me be happy. Overall food was great and the night crew is awesome. Thank you.
Typically over the last 22 years we've had great service here. Today,a young waitress named paige ended that. I asked if we could have a corner booth that was empty. It needed cleaned,but I'd wait. Instead she cleaned the table near the bathroom against the doorway to the office. No biggie. We sat. She gave us our drinks. Proceeds to take care of 2 other tables,clean a 3rd table complete with silverware which we still did not have so I had to use my tea bag to stir my sugar in to my tea. Yes,I tried flagging her down but she was too busy talking to the table of teens she sat after us. After waking 12 minutes then seeing the teens getting their utensils first I calmly got up and asked for another server. This way we could eat and she could visit. This girl starts running her mouth when the other server is standing there saying "are they really that upset about some silverware?" The manager comes over,calmed the now escalated situation since her very hung over teenage friends decided to jump in. He was AMAZING. He asked what happened as paige is Still telling us to leave-uh no. We just wanted to eat. As we tried to tell our side,she stood there being rude. The manager sent her away and said he was sorry,he would handle her but that our meal was free. We objected saying we were very willing to pay,we just wanted someone else that would take care of us. So he took over,and did amazing. 3 times I heard this paige girl being so disrespectful to her manager in front of customers,then she proceeds to apologize to the teens about how rude we were. Really? So we then told the manager this as well. Despite all this we left her a note saying we do understand she's under a lot,and we regretted how things went down. I encouraged her to respect her boss and customers and learn from today. And we did leave her a tip. Why? Because we prefer to put out encouragement and offer chances to reflect and grow. The manager really made all the difference and our food was good.
Had an amazing time at the Waffle House !! Our waitress Sarah was PHENOMENAL! She read the group well, and made it such a fun experience!! She was so great at her job, you could tell she was passionate about it! And making sure you had a great experience!! And food was delicious! All the other workers were awesome too!!! Thanks for a memorable experience !! Happy new year !!
It was dirty when I went. They cleaned the table with a towel that he cleaned more tables with without water, washing it out. It got thrown back on the counter balled up. I WATCHED ???? AS I SAT THERE! I was horrified. I couldn't eat. They messed my food up and it wasn't hot ????. The customer service was great!
