I will think twice before coming to this Waffle House, it’s no AC, the employees are unprofessional they argue with each other and they don’t know how to make a simple waffle SMH
Classic American greasy spoon that you know and love. The true joy of this WH is the honest peek into a fast paced kitchen’s teamwork. You could hear jokes and taunts and stories of all sorts. They made it fun, honest and Southern, just like the food. WYSIWYG
A bit disappointed. The young lady that served me this evening was extremely rude. I’m not one to be combative or aggressive but I believe she needs a little training on service. I politely asked for a recook on a steak that came out perfect the second go around. The silverware was dirty so I asked for plastic and she said that’s a fee. I was fine with that. I typically go around Atlanta and leave large tips randomly at chains and tonight was one of those nights I intended upon. However I just couldn’t. My check was $20 and I left a $20 tip for the cook because her attitude was off and she really missed a blessing. I don’t know what’s happening in the service industry but I’m extremely disappointed in this location.
Tierra is literally the best waitress ever! There was someone harassing the Waffle House and Tierra protected and made us feel safe! She made sure we were taken care of and could enter and leave safely! If you want to feel safe and taken care of come to THIS WAFFLE HOUSE and see our girl Tieera
Shown on Google maps as open 24 hours, this woke run location decided to do web pickup only. Not the first time I have seen them close off the sitting area. This is 7pm at prime dinner time. Starting to think this southern institution has shown signs of business skill incompetence and will surcome to the coming recession. If your customers have money and can't buy your food, you are going to see a steep drop in revenue. Also, if you leave a bad impression, you going to loose repeat business.
Horrible service. Dirty dining room. Tables still had food on them.
The cook waited till my party of three had sat down before telling me that their dining room was closed. Only one other person was in the restaurant and they were sitting at the breakfast bar.
I'll go to another Waffle House with better customer service.
This is the best Waffle House. Tierra is our favorite, we always come here after our soccer games and she hypes us up, and even remembers our orders. Tierra is the GOAT
One my favorite WH in Atlanta... always great service here! Waffle House hot and fresh with coffee is the best way to start any day.
Sadia was our server and she was excellent just like the food... go ahead and get you some great food and service.
