Great experience, perhaps the norm at Waffle House but Margo was SUPER.
Texas Bacon Cheesesteak and hashbrowns great but Margo was our star.
This is hands down the BEST waffle house I have ever been to. Everything we ordered was perfect. Every member of the staff were friendly and acknowledged us in some way. I only got two names Diana and Renee, but they were all so nice. Southern hospitality at its finest.
The food and service was super as always at most waffle waffle houses but the bathrooms were in the sore need of cleaning and scrubbing. The sink was yellow, greasy and grimy. An attendant came in and splashed some chlorine around on the floor and the toilet and that was the extent of his cleaning. The chlorine was so strong it made my eyes water. Other than that our experience at waffle House today was great.
I place a Togo order on 5/22 at 11: 20ish pm
everything was fine until I get my bill , paid just to find out I paid for 2 Togo fees. When I ask about it I'm told one is a service fee. The red haird woman couldn't explain the fee to me and the cook just smirk saying well you cant do anything abut it now haha , so after I get home 20 miles later my steak is overcooked I ask for rare, I got well done instead, and hashbrowns was supposed to be cheese and onions added but had 1 chunk of onion and no cheese. Try to call them and it's on a loop saying they don't take call in orders over the phone. So this the best I can do at the moment
Usually get good food and service from here but today Alex the cook had such an attitude making my sandwich on a waffle instead of bread. I could literally hear him say he didn’t wanna make it this way like he was the one who paid for it! If ever you don’t want to make something then tell your cashier to refund the customer instead of talking rudely.
Food was good. Staff was friendly! Stopped here after getting a flat tire on the interstate!
Classic Waffle House experience! Before landing here we tried the Waffle House at the Bass Road exit but they were "deep cleaning" so we got back on the highway and stopped here. Our waitress was friendly, our order arrived quickly and it was RIGHT! She brewed up a fresh pot of decaf coffee and took care of small details, like providing a cup full of creamer packages. The cook nailed all the food. A great all around experience.
Great job, I have a very picky order and they nailed it. Our waitress was great, wish I remembered her name, but she did a great job.
