Don’t waste your time…they are never open inside and always take window orders. What’s the point of 24 hours if you’re not open Waffle House? Despite having a “Come Inside” sign above the door, 20+ cars in the parking lot also, which means long wait times for food.

This is the worst Waffle House experience ever. It was clear the lady who was supposed to the our order at the window did not come to work at her job that day. We ordered online and stood outside the pick up window for 20 minutes before she even acknowledged us. She turned people away who were looking to order instead of telling them they should place their orders online. After waiting for over 40 min, food was missing, no syrup, no butter, no ketchup! Like are you serious??!!! Don’t even bother going to this Waffle House as they are just going to upset you. You will be dissatisfied. A hot mess!!

I just pulled up to get food the workers outside chilling she come back inside the store and went straight to the register didn’t wash her hands or anything that’s nasty germs and everything cause no telling what she was doing outside ????

Probably the only thing on Old Nat that is still worth going to. And I'm not a big Waffle Hous fan. But considering your on Old Nat and you need something to eat. Yes. Eating here is not bad.

Just got a breakfast bowl. So good and great customer service skills. Stopped here in my travels. I'm definitely gonna recommend this place.The food was good and hot. Stop on by and get you some great customer service, and great hot food

4 stars because I'm aware I'm rating a waffle house and not a fancy restaurant, so I want to be proportional about my expectations. We came here because we mistimed a meeting and came 2 hours to early so we needed to kill time. I didn't eat. My colleague did, and he said his food was good. I would have ordered waffles but they only have the gross fake maple syrup and none of the real stuff, and I was hoping they would at least have powdered sugar and butter, so I refrained. Glad to see they have good quality juices.

Our server was just lovely and in general the place was very clean.

Best waffle house i ever been to. Food was good staff was nice and very well mannered. Greeted me nicely and had everything perfectly ready for me. And shoutout to the lightskin lady she so nice she really gave me a warm welcome and goodbye.

The workers here are lazy. There was no one here and they wanted us to do online orders which is fine. Then to say we have to wait 40 minutes to place an order. They are in there listening to music and conversating. Clearly just don’t want to do their job. Very disappointed.
