The food was great. The service wasn't this time around. Our beverages finally arrived halfway through the meal.
Food was cold and tasteless. The steak was like eating rubber.
There was only 1 server and her name was Jen she done an amazing job to be working by herself.she ask was our food cooked as we like and made sure to keep our drinks full .she has a good attitude she needs a raise she has 3 other tables and she worked them all with a positive attitude .
Charlene deserves a raise!! She was holding down the fort. Restaurant was understaffed and super busy. Charlene was professional, very friendly, and efficient. We really appreciate her making our visit great!
Had the All-star breakfast. Bacon was cooked just right, everything was pretty on point. Coffee was even great. We were the on customers in there. It was around 5am. Place was clean and staff was nice.
This 5-stars is specifically for Thalia and Mike on 2nd shift. I used to eat here on average once or twice a week, but I had an absolutely horrible experience with a cook named Jamie in November that made me never want to come back here again. In fact, Jamie told me to never come back. I've driven past dozens of times since that incident and ended up going somewhere else to eat. But tonight I drove past and saw Thalia and Mike were there, so I stopped for the first time in over two months. I was treated the way a customer should be treated. The food and service were great. Unfortunately, Thalia and Mike can't always be there when I'm in the neighborhood, so I'll have to continue going elsewhere if I see Jamie or Tiara there, but I'll come back if the right staff are working.
This is the 1st time I've been here in 20 years due to the last visit ended in me calling the health dept. Im so glad i went! It has been renovated and the representative that helped me from beginning to end was awesome. She cooked my food perfectly! I have no complaints, she even helped me carry the food to my car. I will be back again soon!
Stopped in mid afternoon on a Monday for a quick bite. The service was fast, and friendly. The food was delicious, and presented well. You’ve got a good grill operator here. Keep up the good work! ????
