This morning, 5/19/24 I ordered an all star with extra sausage and I received no sausage. There were three pieces of bacon and they put my apple butter directly on my plate. I tried to trust the lady handing me the food because she looked at my food and the receipt and handed it to me. Next time I will check behind them before leaving and I will never tip them again. Please beware, and tip in person not at time of order!
It was yummy ???? ate my entire order, except the pumpkin spice waffle ???? too doughy. I will try again with a recommended grill operator.
The food was was amazing and our server was really really good ???????????? the cooks are amazing ????????
Great food, young cook with the dredd, had a great attitude, and customer service, and he made a fingerlicking T-bone steak to kill for, and he the only reason I'll give a good review because the lady that was there on the 1st of June 2024 night shift definitely needs a training on customer service, or she will cost more in the long run .... good food is only half of it, because one still have to go through the customer service first before we taste the food....
I must have gone on an off day. Our server was clearly intoxicated or under the influence. He dropped our utensils on the table and I thought to myself,he can't think we are going to use these after that. The biggest problem was my fork had egg or cheese residue in it and we didn't order food yet. I was completely turned off and high tailed it out of there. He seemed to want us to stay but after that I was done. I know people go through things so I hope it was just an off day for this young man and he made a bad decision working under the influence. But I probably wouldn't ever go back after seeing that dirty fork. I was told they usually use plastic forks but we were given metal that day????????♀️
I DO NOT EAT AT A WAFFLE HOUSE BUT this place is super clean the staff is always so friendly and even tho we all know the quality of food in this kinda of chain restaurants is unnatural cheap and unhealthy. Idk what they but they do it good! I have to wait for my vehicle to get fixed so I had no option but to eat here to stay warm and get something on my stomach and honestly they changed my view on Waffle House I’m usually a vegan clean organic kinda of girl so trust me I am being very honest.
I visit this location normally on a Fri or Sat night. I had a concern from the last visit. I called the location spoke to the manager about my concern. The manager was professional, understanding and immediately looked into mu concern. She called me back within 30 minutes, we discussed it and the concern was resolved. The manager name is Ms. Nicki????. Ms. Nicki superceded my experience with kindness and a smile! She even welcomed me to lunch on my next visit!! Thank you Ms. Nicki my lunch was awesome!!
Rude waitress her name was Tequya or something like that she got upset due to me asking for a clean rag to wipe my own table she decided not to serve me and tell another waitress to serve me which I was fine but I was there at least 15 min before they helped me out since the other waiter had all her tables dirty
3 customer came in after me and were served before me
I did as for the manager , the waitress’s if I could be discreet about it since quote “she did not want drama being started” I answered politely yes ma’am don’t worry I will be discreet
Another thing my table was infested in ants ????
20 min later …..manager still did not come to my table after I asked for her
Update: manager did not know I had asked for her she came spoke tome great lady ????????
