We stopped to pass time because we had an appointment across the street and we were about an hour early. We had our food fast. The waitress was comical but we enjoyed her.. nice atmosphere and clean bathrooms.
Nice and busy Waffle House. This was the first WH that I visited that was possibly over staffed, but they were busy and the majority of seating was full. All of the staff were friendly and serviceable. WH food and coffee are always on point. I had the Texas Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Platter. Parking available out front. Decent prices.

Husband and I are becoming regular customers. We haven’t never been served here with an attitude, Margaret. Husband’s eggs were just awful. Over easy with uncooked egg whites. Coffee wasn’t even hot like usually.
Our daughter’s food bacon cheese burger, the burger was so over cooked. Missing toppings.
Margaret helped me today and she was amazing. My order was initially messed up but she went above and beyond to correct it and make sure I was satisfied. That’s how you get returning customers! Thank you so much Margaret!
Great service, great food and no wait. Obviously, it's not top of the line food but if it's what you are looking for, it's perfect! We loved it.
Let me start by saying this was the cleanest Waffle House I had ever been to. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was prepared very well and it was on my table very quickly. But the the most memorable thing about my visit was the overall feeling of pride the entire staff covayed. Even the restrooms and parking lot were very clean. I would suggest checking this location out if you enjoy a quality experience. Make sure to complement them if you had a similar experience.
I love the food but the workers are unpleasant with each other. Not a place I want to enjoy breakfast on a sunny Saturday morning. It should have a welcoming environment. Therefore I will find somewhere else. Ty.
White manager Justin or whatever name is worked may 15 2024 with black lady server who also is trash first off I was there few days before Justin can’t listen to his servers call orders he puts mushrooms on hashbrowns when wife ordered just jalapeño peppers … she’s allergic to mushrooms and the chicken sandwich was undercooked give benefit of doubt black lady above stepped in for methed out white server that day her and rat the black cook did amazing fixed order atmosphere was good they fixed the issue next day which is today may 15 lady mad we didn’t get food we bought drinks Justin was on his phone in corner black lady was more worried bout hell knows what didn’t get any refills till we asked for first one and it was wrong we got coffees with creamer she filled out cup but didn’t receive no creamer my dad and step mom got mad because as a server you should be watching your customers a customer should never have to ask so they got mad up and left I’ll be in to talk to a manager with corporate on the phone tomorrow morning I shouldn’t have to drive 28 miles to grove city every time I want food cooked right and good customer service period
