This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. As soon as I walked in the door I should of turned around and left. The restaurant was so nasty. Every table was dirty, food all over the floor where the food is being cooked. I asked to see what the TBones looked liked before I ordered and that seemed to be a problem. I changed my mind from to go to eating here and that seemed to be a problem because the cook had to change the plate out. Then I asked for a biscuit instead of toast and was a problem too. The slick under the breath comments gave this away with the rolling of the eyes. All this before I even got my food. The food came.... My TBone was so tough the steak knife wouldn't even cut it. I still was served toast instead of the biscuit I asked for. So all the eye rolling I got was for nothing. I got my biscuit and it was so mushed flat and greasy I had ask what it was. It didn't look like a biscuit. But 1 good thing did come out this, my eggs. I asked for scrambled light with cheese and that is what I got. They were perfect. It took 30 minutes for the cook to ask if she could recook my meal and I told her NO, the mood was already ruined by then. But she recooked it anyways. And it looked a 10000000 times better.... So a bad situation turned good. Thank You Ms. Pat. I was worried there for a minute. I thought I had paid $21.25 for some eggs. This is NO LIE, AS SOON AS SHE PUT MY FOOD DOWN IN FRONT OF ME A GENTLEMAN WAS WALKING IN AND TOLD MS. PAT "I WANT THE SAME EXACT MEAL AS HER'S". PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING.... AGAIN THANK YOU MS. PAT...

I ordered the grits bowl. It was so good. Service was awesome. Mr. Tyler was in training, but he did a great job.
Needed a good start to my well traveled day
Flew in from WA state and was graving me some Waffle House - the staff here are exceptional - and the food so yummy.

What in the heck is going on in this place. the cook who is the manager for the last 45 min has not change his gloves. I mean he literally touched everything in here. Just nasty on all levels. The crew arguing my wife needs a refill and they playing no scrubs man happy mother's day. Lol
Took my daughter, it wasn't busy (thk heaven) nice quiet atmosphere. Staff was so nice, speedy service. My daughter said her food was great. So I do recommend. **This is our experience**
Picked up food and called it ahead. They actually got my order 100% correct, which doesn't always happen when ordering on the phone and especially when ordering hash browns (which I think is the most incorrectly prepared food on their menu when asking for toppings). The waffle was great and I got country ham for my side as well. It was overall a good experience, the only complaint is that I had to stand around and try to get someone's attention when I came in to pick up my order. But otherwise, once they started helping me out they were nice and quick.
The waitress has a attitude when I ordered , never smiling combative just outright unfreindkey, I would never order food from her again or shipat that location when she is working, I visited I. Sunday 31 March at 17:00 at the location on tobacco road
Though usually very good, this time my steak was grisly and chewy. It was cooked right, just an unfortunate piece of beef.
