This location was clean, quiet, food was good, and the staff was super nice and quick.
We went for a 7pm supper tho - didn’t get the whole late night Waffle House experience.
Our waitress was really rude.
My bacon was brought to me when I was half done with my food, and it was cold.
Would not bring our check to us.
Went one morning with a couple of friends. Waitresses just kept looking at us for 15 min, didn’t even take or ask what we’d like to drink or order. We left and went to the Carolina Forest branch where we got better customer service and interaction than this branch.
I am very disappointed in this Waffle house. First off the shift manager on the night shift is very unsanitary. He was eating bacon off the grill with his bare hands and then going back and cooking customers food without washing his hands. Secondly my order was wrong I ordered the Texas toast cheese steak with hash browns that was supposed to be scattered and smothered. No smothered and my whole meal was cold. Next order was an all-star with sunny side up eggs, got scrambled eggs with cheese and hash browns was supposed to be scattered and covered, no cheese order was cold as well. I will be talking with the manager in the morning. Your employees need sanitation training ASAP. AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AS WELL.
My experience at this Waffle House over the Memorial Day weekend was A+ mazing ! From the line of cooks to the immaculate customer service from the door to table! I have to say I was highly impressed the entire weekend
I’m rating it a 5 star because while the food was great and the atmosphere was standard for a Waffle House, the service was impeccable. The ladies serving and cooking had such a great attitude. They had some music playing and everyone was singing. Awesome times. Thank you all.
Virginia was the cutest, most polite hostess. We had a super friendly waitress Michele who went above and beyond. Great food and service. Best Waffle House I've been to.
I love Waffle House!!! I order a Large Bacon and Dry Texas Toast on the grill. I make a bacon sandwich that is the bestest ever. I love my meats, so I don't add anything else no tomato or lettuce or Mayo, just meat and bread!!! Yummy!!!
