Food is always good here.... but I just found out today that they charge 20% to your final bill on take out orders.... Broke down to 10% service fee and 10% ToGo fee... If anything it should be a 10% discount since they don't have to clean up behind us.. it's mother's day and our daughter recovering from surgery can't leave the house but wanted Waffle House.. no choice but to pay the 20%. Never again.
Robert was the best server I’ve ever had at a waffle house. He was so friendly and fun and made it a great experience for the four kids that were with me. Thank you for the great breakfast
This WH was very accommodating to my family of 9 that showed up. We were able to sit in two booths plus a chair. We were served in a timely manner and all received our food very quickly. We always have a great time at Waffle House.
Tom is a very friendly server, always welcoming. The cook takes pride in his work. Tom and the cook have been there every time we have gone and this is their pattern of excellent service.
I have been here a couple time but came this morning around 10 with my son and Rose and the younger cook Hispanic male didn’t get his name, we’re really friendly to everyone and cooked my meal really quick I appreciated the service thanks so much!

Lost my business.
Waitress couldn't have been more useless. No greeting, no be right with you, nothing but side eye from under her visor. After a short wait our party of five decided to go to IHOP and relinquish our money there. The rest of the patrons had menu's, utensils, but no food or drink. Order calls were at best a whisper and needed to be repeated.
The staff was friendly, the food was good. Over all pleasant experience.
