I like this location. Definitely allot of Southern Hospitality, clean atmosphere, breakfast ???? tasted fresh, and felt very comfortable with eating in. Also, I enjoyed hearing some highlights of Dinwiddie county
Had the pleasure to seat in Ms Mia's section this morning. She was A+ with her service to me and all those around me. The rest of the staff had the location running efficiently. The food was great. The cook did her thing! I felt compelled to thank Ms Mia and leave a review.
I asked for a chicken egg and cheese hash brown bowl and this is what I got. It’s horrible. Where’s the egg? Someone doesn’t have ears, can’t read, and they can’t cook here either. The food looks like dog food. And they handed it to me with no silverware. It’s a big NO, NOPE, NAH, NADA!!!! A couple girls had dirt under most of their nails. It’s so nasty. And they keep dirty dishes piled up. It’s a health risk. Don’t believe me then just go there for your disbelief if you must but I warn you….do not eat here!!
We stopped in around 7:30am and were greeted with very quick service. We were in and out in 20 minutes! The awesome waitress Jasmine took our food and drink orders and returned minutes later with our food. Overall the food and service was very good and I would definitely recommend stopping in, definitely one of the best WH experiences we've had. Thank you again Jasmine!
Horrible service by the manager!! Four dirty empty tables & the manager stood there talking. I have arthritis & needed to sit down. The manager said to move to the side. Very rudely. I asked what she meant by that. Move aside & pointed across the room. The only nice thing I can say is the cook was very nice!! Maybe she should be the manager!
Place was extremely busy. Had a 5-10 minute wait for table. Our service person was very nice and attentive. Good food at a good price.
I was fired yesterday.....it's not right for the reason she fired me. We all come to work the same way. (Yall got to read between the lines because I'm not saying everything.) Dimond fired me for something she should be fired for too. I take care of me and my kids. I have no income now. I can't even do hair on the side because my hands hurt.
This is the only waffle house I go to within the Petersburg area. There is usually seating available and quick service. The employees are friendly and the food tastes as expected. I do believe the restaurant could be a bit cleaner because the menus are greasy and it is messy behind the counter were the employees work.
