My friend was in town for a big conference. She loves Waffle House because they don't have them in Connecticut. So she ordered her favorite food from there. The waiter was very pleasant and gave us really great service. We noticed that. The food was good. It was good to have late night restaurants available.
I've been a regular customer for decades of the chain no matter where I am when there's one near, but this branch is always exceptionally good. This was our Christmas morning meal (a tradition!) and it was, as it always is, just marvelous.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this location and was left thoroughly impressed.
Firstly, let's talk about the food. My favorite item on the menu is the All-Star Special, which consists of a fluffy waffle topped with two eggs, choice of meat, and hash browns. It is the perfect combination of flavors, and I always leave feeling satisfied and craving more.
In addition to their mouthwatering dishes, they deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Every time I visit, the staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist me. They go above and beyond to ensure my dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Overall, I highly recommend this Waffle House to anyone looking for a delicious meal and excellent customer service. Their delicious food and friendly staff make this restaurant a must-visit for any food lover. Food is so good here. Service was awesome and food came out quick and fresh. The staff is very nice and friendly. Zandra is my babyyyy! Freckles is a whole vibe, Waitress Zy is my favorite and Sherrie is sweet as pie. They are all Very sweet and helpful. I cleaned my plate. The food was delicious. I come here every single time I come to town and it’s always A1. I highly recommend. Only one I come too.
Great breakfast! Very busy place so I ordered To go and it didn't take long, even with the crowd. The ladies taking orders and handing out the food were very t y nice.
I ordered a simple item to go, hashbrowns all the way. I paid $7+ and I expected a meal, what I got was half the portion I'm used to get and no chili at all. I'm extremely disappointed that the staff didn't let me know they were out of chili. In the end all I got was an overpriced snack.
Probably the worst and craziest experience I have ever had, walked in looking forward to the food, since I don’t have a Waffle House where I am from and I had the worst customer service ever. The to go person was taking orders and decided they didn’t want to take our order because they didn’t receive any tips from people, even though there is a 20% gratuity added. No one took our order after it was very disheartening I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!
This is a start to a new family Christmas tradition! We decided this year to try something new on Christmas Day. Instead of going to one of the typical stuffy restaurants with the over-priced prix fixe menu, we opted to give Waffle House a try. Amazing! The place was packed! “Shorty” was our host. He greeted us immediately and added our names to the wait list.
Once we were seated our server, Michael promptly took our drink order and was extremely helpful with our special requests and item substitutions.
The entire staff was full of holiday spirit and upbeat, which definitely added to the Christmas breakfast/brunch experience.
The hash browns were undoubtedly a hit amongst everyone in our group... crisp and perfectly seasoned!
From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment of our Christmas Meal. No doubt that this was the start of a new tradition.
